I don't know the full answer; but first you'll need to extract the .exe, go to portableapps.com and download the suite, then download "7-zip" (a program) and use it to extract the .exe installer into a folder; at that point you're actually faced with .msi files, and you'll have to extract those using the same program.

Depending on your version of Mac OS and Google software there may be an uninstaller to be found at...

/Library/Application Support/Google/GoogleVoiceAndVideoUninstaller.app

That is: Double click on your hard disc icon

Then in the hard disc window double click on the Library folder

and then the Application Support folder

and then the Google folder

In there double click on the GoogleVoiceAndVideoUninstaller.app which will run a script to uninstall the software.

Restart the computer to reset everything.

Signatures for the Mac OS X Mail application are changed from the Signatures section of Mail's Preferences.

The default application that opens a file type can be found and changed for any file. Click the file and press command i. A window will open with information (i) about the file. One of the items is the name of the default application that will open that type of file. Click that and other apps that can open the file will be listed. You can select a new app and have it open that particular file or all the files of that type. You may need an administrator's name and password to do this.
