Apple's Mac OS X is their operating system for their range of Mac computers. It can legally only be installed on computers made by Apple. You can install the Windows operating system on a Mac so that you can use both systems.

Yes. When you download a music file from 4shared, it should atoumatically be in your itunes. I believe it depends on the version of Safari you are using. The latest and greatest version of Safari on the Mac (version 4.x) does have private browsing. To enable it, just choose the Private Browsing option under the Safari menu.

Some Mac software can use VST plugins and some only uses the AU (Audio Units) plugins.
