It is not normal to be grieving a death after 2 years. You should talk to a grief counselor or certified therapist.

While pregnant the body releases hormones differently to aid in the development of the baby if the baby is gone the body recognizes this and bring things back to normal.

There is no specific blood test for miscarriage, however, by taking a few samples of blood on different days and measuring the amount of pregnancy hormone, it can be seen if the amounts are decreasing, which would indicate a miscarriage. ~pawsalmighty When something like that goes wrong it's usually quite clear. Miscarriages are usually painful and there is a "feeling that something isn't right". For early pregnancy a doctor can usually do a vaginal sonogram to check the embryo. I'm not a doctor but I haven't ever heard of diagnosing miscarriage in such a way. The chances of stopping a miscarriage are slight and at that point they would have to wait and see. Remember too that some miscarriages happen so early that a woman mistakes it for menses.

Yes, for example my grandmother when she was pregnante with my uncle she had her period all thru out her pregnance but she couldn't understand why her Tommy was still growing so she went to the doctor and he told her the she was pregnant with twins and that one had passed but the other was still very much alive and well.

It is very normal to lose some or all of your pregnancy symptoms during pregnancy and continue on to have a healthy baby. each pregnancy is very different. some women never have morning sickness where others end up in hospital dehydrated. Every women is different. It doesnt mean you've missed misscarriage because some women can go a pregnancy without and symptoms but if you are worried go to the docs

Yes, this type of tragedy is more common than the ( it is a horrible analogy) joint booster-payload failure- I once heard a man joking about a woman having a child ( it was a celebrity_ and comparing the whole thing to a Bomb Scare- It took a while for me to get the ( Drift). It is more common that either A/. the Mother dies and the child survives, or B. the child is born dead- called stillbirth. of course both stages can misfire at once- and this tragedy can happen, though rare. It is one health problem people are most reluctant to discuss. On the other hand there are tragic murders of pregnant women- the current Pennsylvania Juvenile case- and historically the Manson Murders, etc. those are crimes- not accidents of birth.

im the one who asked this i love my dog and this is what happend i was using it and some fall on the floor and tatertot my dog drank some and that's what happend and now no vet will not see him with out any money we just moved to are own house and that's why we do not have any money

First off - let me say that I'm very sorry for your loss. The only way to know for sure is through your doctor. Mine sent me for an u/s to confirm that it wasn't ectopic and said that my body was doing a great job of cleaning itself out. After that your doctor will probably want to monitor your hcg levels to ensure they're dropping nicely. I don't know too much about that part because the day I passed most of the tissue (which was a Monday) my hcg was 30 and that Thursday it was already down to 4. My doc isn't even giving me another to ensure a level of 0...probably because 4 is considered not pregnant by many labs.

I just had this happen I was between 8 & 9 weeks pregnant. I don’t want to scare you but I did Miscarry. unfortunately it was due to an ectopic pregnancy . 🥺 But i was also told that it could be normal because of the seed burring into your lining. so not all scenarios are the same. But PLEASE keep an eye on it. it can be very dangerous depending on whats going on. it could be totally normal but it’s better to be safe than sorry Hun. Methergine is not a contraceptive or abortion pill and if you are pregnant now after taking it a month ago, you might not even have been pregnant then so no harm to the fetus. Or you were pregnant but no harm has been done.I also hope you were given the meds by a doctor since Methergine should not be taken without supervision. See links below.

Let me tell you my story 2 years ago I was pregnant and I had a miscarriage on my bday wich was 7/29 by aug 10 i had a feeling i was pregnant so I went to the doctor on the 17th that was suppose to be my first ob appointment. I told my doctor what happen she said we will take a pregnancy test blood they call me on that monday and say your not pregnant you blood tes came back neg for pregnancy. I did not believe her I new I was pregnant by sep 28 I went back to the doctor and i was 2 months pregnant with my daugther I have know she 14 months old.

Did your doctor prescribe 500 mg. antibiotics with the knowlege that you were pregnant? If yes, then you are doing the right thing by taking them because you need to protect your baby from whatever infection you may have. If not, stop taking them and contact your doctor immediately. There are safe antibiotics to take during pregnancy.

I know it is so hard not to, but don't worry about having a miscarriage. A miscarriage is spontaneous and almost never with anyone or anything to blame. It's a hard pill to swallow, but when you miscarry, it is usually a good thing because there was probably something wrong. So don't worry. Just take care of yourself and be sure to seek prenatal care. That's the best thing you can do to have a healthy child.

I would go to the doctor and get a check up as soon as possible. Yes it is possible you just had bleeding and did not lose pregnancy, (assuming ultrasound showed no evidence of tubal pregnancy). You can have consecutive serum pregnancy tests to see if HCG level is continuing to rise (indicating healthy pregnancy), or falling indcating loss of pregnancy. HCG will eventually fall to zero with misscarriage. Also repeat ultrasound will help to determine viability of pregnancy. Any pelvic pain, fever, abnormal discharge, cramping etc. can indicate retained portion of pregnancy,which would require a D & C to clean out your uterus. Failure to remove all of products of pregnancy can result in very serious illness/infection, possibly requiring hysterectomy/sterility, even death.

Nothing. It is both illegal and highly dangerous to attempt to give yourself a miscarriage. Anything you do use is more likely to make you very ill before it aborts the baby.

An early miscarriage is usually similar to a very heavy-crampy period that may last a little longer than a week but if there are any clots those are usually passed in the first two days. If you're having a heavy flow that doesn't lighten after 2 or 3 days or if you are passing clots after the third day you should inform your doctor or midwife. No. It is normal for a lot of women to experience clots during their period. But if your pregnant and you experience clots along with heavy bleeding, then this is usually a indication of a miscarriage. You need to see your OB or doctor for confirmation.
