Hells Angels Charlotte NC July 4 1979 what happened to the Outlaws?

Sometime between 2 and 5 A.M July 4, 1979, a person or persons approached a small house at 2500 Allen Road South, Charlotte N.C. and murdered 5 persons associated with the Outlaws MC.
The dead were four men and one woman. All had been shot multiple times, and one body had been mutilated. There was no sign of a struggle, and 4 victims were shot "execution style" face down inside the house, while another; apparenlty a prosective member of the club who was salin outside near the porch where a shot gun was found nearby.
Located between a grocery store and a trucking terminal, the house had long served as a gathering place for the Outlaws in Charlotte. Around 5 A.M. chapter president "Chains" Flamont discovered the bodies. No suspects were ever arrested and the crime remains the single event masaacre in the history of the city.
Police at the time speculated that one of two scenarios were pausible: memebrs of a rival mtorcycle club who was at war wth the Outlaws had done it, or two prospective members who were denied membership, came back for retaliation. The second theory was put forth by Charlotte detectives based on the lack of struggle, as if the killers were "known."
Yves Lavigne, the self styled North American "expert" on motorcycle gangs, proposes that "The July 4th Masacre" in Charlotte was only one of four locations targeted nationwide by a rival motorcycle club.
A T.V reporter who interviewed "Chains" Flamont on condition that Flamont's face and voice be disguised, stated years later in a documentary about the crime that Police showed him a reciept for the 17 year old female victim, where one member had "bought" her from another.
With each 5 and 10 year anniversary of the event The Charlotte Observer mnages to trot out a few vague lines.
Yves Lavigne wrote in an earlier version of his book that the Outlaws ruling body suspected it was an inside job, which of course contradicts his later account.
I was there with a friend (Tony) We left around 1 am, At that time there were only 4 people still there (Terrible) Terry Henderson, His old lady (Bridget Bennefield) Outlaw Mouse and prospect (Water Head) who is the one found on the porch. I never believed any of the prev. mentioned reports. I do believe it was an inside job. Carried out by club Prez. (Chains) and club Treasurer (Fat Head) I also don't believe the Police ever really cared about solving the case. If they were why were the last two people to see these people alive never questioned? There are so many many things wrong in the above story. They were not all put face down and executed. Terry and Bridget were found on a sofa. I was there helping clean up that afternoon, A fellow member led me to that sofa and lifted a cushion out, Exposing a large mass of (Terry's guts.) Water Head was on the porch when murdered, Having his throat cut and being shot with such a hot round it passed thru his body and still had the energy too enter a steal piece of roof support on one corner and exit out the other. I would love to see this case reopened and investigated correctly. It definitely wasn't the first time.

Who is the Black Sabbath Motorcycle Club?

The Mighty Black Sabbath Motorcycle Club Nation, started on one Honda 305 Scrambler in the hills of a neighborhood called Mount Hope in San Diego, California in 1972. 7 black men who worked at San Diego gas and electric practiced on that 305 until they had their own motorcycles.

In the beginning they gathered at each other's garages on Sundays after church, to ride, tell tales and drink beers. By 1974 their wives revolted and demanded that no more meetings could be held in their garages on any more Sundays. Undaunted the men rented an abandoned bar at 4280 Market street from Mrs. Gardner and named themselves the Black Sabbath MC in February 1974.

Today we are a multi racial 99%er law abiding organization with chapters across the United States from coast to coast. The Mighty Black Sabbath Motorcycle Club Nation does not belong to any governing organization, however we are not a 1%er Outlaw Motorcycle Gang or criminal organization as defined by the United States Department of Justice and have never been accused of being such by any law enforcement agency in the country. We are a brotherhood based on a unified lifestyle centered around riding motorcycles, living the biker lifestyle and embracing one another as extended family as close as any blood relatives.

Our 1-piece patch denotes us as a traditional, family-oriented, law abiding MC to motorcycle club nations on biking sets across the world. Our patch is called the "Turtle Shell" and depicts an African American man dressed in a blue one piece jump suit, astride a "chopped" yellow motorcycle, helmetless - flying an afro in the wind - riding over a black Christian cross, from right to left, on a white background. The patch is surrounded by a shield that gives it the appearance of a tortoise's shell when worn. Our club colors are white, yellow, black and blue. We do not claim territory like dominant 1% outlaw MC nations and therefore wear no state rockers.

Our chapters have been blessed by dominants in every area in which we reside. We are neutral; therefore we wear no support patches. In our 40 plus year history our patch has remained untouched except for the addition of the shield in 1975 and the enlargement of the patch to 16" X 14" in 2009. Our adherence to the original patch mirrors our adherence to the core values of our "Original 7" founding forefathers.

Though a male dominated organization our female social club is called Goddesses of the Black Sabbath MC. Our females who ride motorcycles are known as Sisters of the Cross of the Black Sabbath MC.

We are an elite motorcycle enthusiast riding MC. We welcome all who have the desire for family, brotherhood and unity. To ride in our MC you must:

  • put God first
  • then your family
  • then your job
  • finally the MC

Our creed is "A Breed Apart." Our mission is to become the greatest motorcycle club in the world.

How you become hells angel nomad?

There is a lot of myth and misinformation out there.

NOMADS rocker indicates a loosely organized chapter that does not have a clubhouse. They do not "move around the country" and are not an "elite hit squad." They just tend to be spread out over a larger territory than a more centralized city chapter.

Other clubs may have another definition of "Nomad."

Why would someone want to be in a motorcycle club?

Most times it's a group to gather and meet other riders for new riders, riders who like company, or riders with no friends/buddies that have motorcycles but wanna "hang with the gang".

New riders often have problems going fast enough, club/groups generally have more experienced riders heading the group and at the end of the group to lead and keep track of new riders- keep them going as fast as they should (or slow), and when it's time for a pit stop- give them riding advice to ride/turn better, smoother, faster, how to relax... etc..

Relaxing while riding is a big problem for new female riders who often ride slow like turtles =)

I also know a lot of people who like to ride in groups (part of a 'club') because they like having the "company" out on the road, and see cool stuff with... actually I know one guy who only rides if it's with some one else.

Same goes for people with no bike-riding buddies. it's a lot of fun to ride with a friend- you can find some really neat places you don't go in cars. Bluetooth helmets make it fun to converse and ride too...

there's always the safety side too- when you get into a club you get some good riding buddies with similar riding interests. Riding with a buddy can seem lame at times, but it really is a pretty good deal considering cars dont stop for riders on the side of the road- I once found a guy who got side swiped by a car and didn't stop- he broke his throttle and couldn't go anywhere; nobody stopped for him for over 30 minutes.... I guess a benefit is being able to call another club member since they wont be afraid to stop for a fellow biker.

Anyways, Those are just a few reasons, but everyone has their own personal ones in addition. It's a good social outlet, much like golfing, hockey or fishing...

What does an upside down Harley Davidson logo mean?

In the early '90s the "flip your patch" campaign was to object to the direction that HD was taking at the time. The Moco were forcing all the old mom and pop dealers to build upscale boutiques, or their dealership was revoked. This was the primary reason for the campaign. It was more commonly referred to as "FTF"...meaning "F*ck The Factory".

Have loyality for your club an start seeing your friends as your brothers. Make sure every member that wants to join has loyality and a motorcycle. Talk to older members of other outlaw motorcycle club or simply just a patched member. Also, be sure that you know as much about outlaw motorcycle clubs as possible.

IMPORTANT:

Make sure that there are no other clubs with the same name as yours. If there are 2 M/Cs with same name than you might cause trouble in your town. Also, make sure you know how to ride a motorcycle and that you like riding it.

They get along just as the white mc's. Respect territory and members and there will be no problems. Some clubs have beef for various reasons. The media can blow things up at times. I am spent time around white and black mc's with no problems. I suggest just know your place. THTNGR.
