How long does a neck strain take to heal?
It depends on how badly you hurt your neck. I did gymnastics last week and I got whiplash and it hurt really bad but it healed up in about 1 week. But if your neck muscle is torn then it can take up to a month and you need to see a doctor. Hope this helps. Btw I'm only 11.
I had experienced something like that before and I went to see the doctor. She examined me and told mke I had swollen veins that's why I was feeling some pain. I had an ultrasound done to see for sure that it wasn't breast cancer (even though the pain was below the breast area) fortunately nothing was found wrong. The doc said it happens to some people but the cause is not certain.
I think it would be better if you consult a doctor to be sure why your having the painsjust to be sure.
Best wishes =)

Is it bad if your nipples start peeling and getting ichy?
Yes. You need to go and speak to your doctor about it. I know it can be embarassing but it is better to get it checked out sooner rather than later
Yes. Smaller patches for tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis or thumb-joint pain are "off-label" (not clinically-tested) but over 47 studies show topical nsaid's provide "good pain-relief", but can provide fast pain-relief. The nsaid medication is delivered by direct contact of the patch surface with the skin, so gentle use of an elastic sleeve or ace wrap or mesh elastic medical tape may help it stay in contact with the skin for 12 hours. Pennsaid is the same nsaid - but a few drops wiped on 4 times daily may work well.

Ok, this is right out of Edgar cayce's "encyclopedia of healing" and it's worked really well for me.
1) Apple Cider Vinegar Packs: 4 cups apple cider vinegar in big bowl with a salt shaker amount of salt, mix with spoon, best left cold. Towel that can double up on the injury (soak), ring out but leave good and damp. I wrap plastic (seran) wrap around the towel 5 or 6 times to keep from leaking everywhere. Aleviates pain almost immediately helps heal the muscles, ligaments. Leave on for an hour, once to twice a day. Doesn't smell good but will definitely help!
2) Take an iron and calcium vitamin once a day, eat fruits and vegies, NO Meat.
3) Get a good back massage, to stimulate healing.
If it is your leg, stay off it as much as possible.
