depends on how realistic you want to get, 1)wire, cotton Balls, Spray paint. or 2) a fish tank of water (10 gal plus) cloud the water and shine a light through the tank at say 45* angle. or a laser pointer moving side to side. might get the desired effect. I lived up North at the Peace River for over 4 years and would often sit in my car and watch the Northern Lights dance across the sky. I still can't get over the beauty of it. I suggest you use shards (uneven pieces of colored plexiglass or colored shards of mirrors) each piece glued (with glass glue) at uneven angles length-wise and put a strobe light affect behind them giving them a vision of colors dancing into each other. Or use the above and a colored multi-colored strobe light behind clear shards of plexiglass of glass. P.S. Shards are uneven pieces of plexiglass or glass with semi-sharp edges.

The sad part about it is I saw these traits in him before we got married, but being young I really thought I was "the one" and I could change him. Let me tell you, that was the best lesson I ever learned! I finally got the courage up to leave him. I found an apartment (never lived on my own before), decided to stop seeing the friends my ex and I had chummed with, made new friends and got a new job. I must admit it was tough for awhile and I would cry myself to sleep many nights. I felt like an old rag that had just been thrown into a garbage can and I wondered what was wrong with me???? Later I wondered where my brain cells were! LOL After going through all that I realized that those feelings I had were like losing a loved one to death and indeed I was mourning a death ... the death of a marriage. In time I stopped blaming myself and realized that we don't have control over others and we can't change people if they don't want to change. It isn't always our faults, although in society we are often led to believe part of it had to be our fault. Not true! What you are going through is very normal and try going with the flow. When it gets you down, get busy! Throw yourself into work, meet new friends and try to have a little fun. You are worth something! Go get a new hairstyle and buy a few new clothes just to make yourself feel better. Get a new outlook on life. Give yourself a chance to know who you are, what your strengths and weakness' are and I can tell you, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Well back in the year of i think in the late 1969 that area was run by the latin kings faction right there on montrose and paulina and cullom right in the middle of ravenswood school it was a a tuff neighborhod even with nice homes in the neighborhood it was a battle ground with the Latin Eagles that had there turf by lakeview highschool when school was in session you had the Simon city royals by ravenswood and irvingpark street and the gaylords east of montrose and clark.There was a ice cream shop on the corner of montrose and ashland called doctor jazz in the 70 but was closed down i think in the early or late 80 when 2 kids was gun down while eating ice cream in the place i think the gang the was responciable was the latin eagles or the Simon city royals.Montrose and Paulina was really ruff in them days

That area of Paulina was where I grew up. Back from 1970 thru 1990, the area was rough and on a downward spiral. The aforementioned gangs did exist, but are long gone. My best friend still lives on Hermitage and Montrose and has seen that area gentrify to the point where there are now million dollar properties there. I believe the gang members from back then are either in Jail or dead. There is a "Gaylords" website that I found. Its actually rather well put together. Oh by the way we, The Chase Park Boys" owned the Chase Park-Our Lady of Lourdes area back then. Most of us are now cops. Go figure......
