Have you reset the computer? ==-Answer 2== A code 26 would indicate that the car is running rich. WHY its running rich needs to be diagnosed. You can feel pretty sure that you dont have 2 faulty ecms. A new O2 sensor is a cheap attempt at a fix, it is possible that it is not totally gone but giving a rich reading as its on its way out. After that unfortunately you are probably looking at carberator issues and they can be a pain. what year is the car?

pop the hood. when you are standing in front of the motor you will see the fuel line coming out of the carb. follow that down to the passenger side of the motor. there you will see the fuel pump. you may need to remove the smog pump, to get access to the fuel pump bolts. just remember to replace the fuel filter as well. best to be safe then sorry. also helps you to remember that you have replaced it. in case you haven't done that yet.

What size engine do you have, Engines are not all the same. BCLear. Try this anyways, Find your drive belt first, it is a long black belt about an inch wide by 1/4 inch thick with ribs on one side. One of the things it will turn is the power steering pump pulley. The pump will have a couple lines going to it. There will be a fluid reservior at the pump typically or another line leading off the pump to a reservior. Gms of that era will have a cap that is about 2 inches in diameter with an identification that it is power steering fluid on it.
