Yes, I do think it could be implantation bleeding. My advice would be to get a pregnancy test, preferably a First Response it gives you a positive as soon as 5 days before you miss your period, so if it's negative it is more probable that you are not pregnant since it should show up by now. The answer to your problem is quite difficult. You could be pregnant but then again you could have some very streesful problems going on in your life at the moment and you need to resolve the issues. Another factor could be that you have some type of ovarian problem so you really need to see a doctor and let the experts give you the accurate information. Yes you could be pregnant. Do a test.

I have PCOS so I usually getmy period every 3 to 4 months. My Dr. put me on Provera tomake me get a period and then he put me on Chlomid to make me ovulate. He had me count my cycle days as if it's a normal 28 days and wants me to wait 2 weeks after my missed cycle to test.
