You can't tell a picture height or width by the size of the data on disk, You can find out that by right clicking on the picture if it is stored on your computer and go to Details on the top tab and you will see height and width along with other information.

There also needs to be 8-10mm top margin between the edge and the top of the head (There really seems a mistake in quoting 8-10mm as that is almost a 1 cm space but if you look at the sample photos they provide, they barely show 2-3mm margin)
