Where is the horn located on a 1997 Plymouth Breeze?
I have a 1999 Plymouth Breeze. The fuses and horn relay switch is under the drivers dash. Open the drivers door and there is a panel that comes off. I replaced my relay switch and the fuse is good, but my horn still will go off by itself. So it was not the relay switch. Can't figure out what the problem is?
The horn contact under the airbag has shorted due to the insulating washers breaking down, Remove airbag and replace collar washers. See my other post for detailed procedure. 10 Minute job if you have the replacement insulators in hand.

Where is the cooling fan relay located on a 97 Plymouth Breeze?
On a 1997 Plymouth Breeze equipped with a factory four cylinder engine, open the hood and look toward the driver's side inner fender. There is a black box with a lid on it that is removable. There are several relays, etc. inside that box, and the relative locations in the box are also identified inside the box, on the underside of the lid. But, alas, the radiator fans relayS are NOT in that box! The relayS (one for high speed fan operation, and another for low speed fan opertion) are BOTH mounted in FRONT of the relay box (toward the front of the car). As for other engines, I cannot say for sure, but they probably are in the same location. Answer from Gizmoguy on 2carpros.com.
1998 Plymouth Breeze and the car won't start but the lights and everything work?
It could be the starter.. It could be several things. There are shops that will diagnose the problem without charging you. I would call a couple shops and ask if they provide that service. Or they may charge a small fee.
Your 97 Plymouth Breeze wont start the battery is new how do you get it to start again?
If the lights in the car come on, then at least part of the system is getting power. Check the battery connections again. Then check the starter solenoid and starter to insure that they are getting power and are working properly.
Where is the fuel pump located on a 1996 Plymouth breeze?
The fuel pump is combined with a fuel filter a float (fuel level sending unit) that sends info to the fuel gage. The unit should be located inside the fuel tank. The fuel tank will need to be lowered to access the fuel pump unit. The pump assembly is held in the tank by a lock ring. If you're not too sure about this job you may want to farm the work out. The job isn't too difficult but can be dangerous if not careful. If you still want to do the work yourself I would recommend a repair manual. Haynes and Chilton are very good and will take You through it step by step. For about $18.00 You can get a manual. Most auto parts stores have them or can get You one.

Actually, the fuel filter on a Jeep Cherokee (XJ) is located on the frame near the left rear tire, not with the fuel pump. The fuel pump has a strainer, but not a filter per se.

Why would the horn and lighter not work on a 97 Plymouth breeze?
If the horn and lighter on a 1997 Plymouth Breeze are not working, it could be due to a blown fuse, which is a common issue for electrical components. Additionally, there may be a problem with the wiring or connections leading to these components, or the individual components themselves might be faulty. Checking the fuse box and testing the components with a multimeter can help diagnose the issue.
How do you replace fuel pump in 1999 Plymouth breeze?
To replace the fuel pump in a 1999 Plymouth Breeze, first, relieve the fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump relay and running the engine until it stalls. Next, disconnect the battery, then remove the rear seat to access the fuel pump access cover. What causes No spark on 98 Plymouth breeze?
Several things could be going on here. First, if you are not getting spark I would guess the ignition module. If this does not fix the problem; then i would try replacing the crank position sensor. If this doesn't work then try replacing the cam position sensor since they communicate between each other. If this still doesn't work it is likely the PCM which is the computer. This will have to be taken to the dealer with the VIN number so they can flash it.
Hope this helps.
