Once you have your period, take it as notice that you are not pregnant this time around. It is very rare, and not usual, for people to have periods during pregnancy. If you meant to be pregnant, that is one thing. If you did not, or are not in a stable relationship, make sure that you have the best birth control.

That hormone is called, HCGt. It stands for, "Human Choreonic Gonad- atropin. It is produced in the Liver, and elevated levels in urine can be an indication of pregnancy in women, or, prostate cancer in men.

Fainting is a brief loss of consciousness that occurs due to a insufficient supply of blood/oxygen to the brain.

Symptoms:

-Brief loss of consciousness.

-May collapse without warning.

-Will soon regain consciousness.

i started showing at around 2 or 3 months i had a little lump its was funny because its the type of lump when someone cannot distinguish whether you just have a chubby tummy or your actually pregnant so when i went to the store or something i felt like everyone was looking at my tummy saying um ew fatty lol!

A sonogram is 100% accurate, insomuch as it's basically a picture. Interpretations of that picture may vary, and may or may not be accurate, but the sonogram itself is a sounding of whatever is being examined, incapable of being "inaccurate."

Some pregnancy tests say that they can let you know as soon as a couple days before your period is due but most say to take them a few days after a missed period. Conception usually occurs 14 days from the first day of your last period and a woman's cycle on average is 28 days so two weeks after conception would be the day that you would begin your period if you are a perfectly average woman which many are not. I would wait a couple days since many pregnancies can begin and end and you don't even know because it occurs before your cycle was going to begin. so for example you could get a false positive by taking a home test to early. I would wait 5 to 7 days after a missed period and then still if you get a negative and no period see your doctor for a blood test those a much more accurate.

Depending on your problem , you will have a range of tests to determine the levels, and if other hormones are affecting your menstrual cycle. a usual panel would be CBC, LFt TFT, and female hormone tests.

A hormone called beta-HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin) which is found in your blood within a week of being pregnant and in your urine after two weeks. It is produced by the placenta which feeds the baby. This hormone can also be found in certain diseases.

In my case, I was two weeks late and I was still getting negative tests. I just knew I was pregnant though. After 3 weeks late I finally got a faint line. My hormone level should've been doubling every day, so I should've had a positive test after just a few days. (They say it'll test when the hormone is at 25 or more.)

When I finally got an appt. to see my OB, my numbers were only at 170, and I was 7 weeks pregnant. After watching the numbers go up and down 20 or so points over the next two weeks, I was sent for surgery.

If your numbers are so long that they aren't registering on a test even after a couple weeks, there may be a good chance. Also, I started spotting and did so from the time I got the positive test until a few days after surgery. (a couple weeks) Another good indication that things are not right.

HCG is the abbreviation for "Human Chorionic Gonadotropin". HCG is the "pregnancy hormone" which is being produced by the placenta as soon as implantation happens about one week after fertilization and ovulation.

I spoke with a rep at the Answer HPT hotline. They told me that any colored line, partial or full and no matter how faint, that appeared within the ten minute limit should be considered a positive result. They also mentioned that my diluted evening urine might have been to blame for the odd result. They recommended that I have gotten a positive result and to be absolutely sure, test again first thing in the morning tomorrow, and then see my OB/GYN.....!!!!!

False negatives are usually caused by testing too early. Either you are testing too soon before your period is due, or you had an irratic cycle and ovulated late and it's just too early to pick up the pregnancy hormone. Some women online have taken multiple tests and gotten negatives, then later got a positive.. it was just too early.

you can take a home pregnancy test as soon as you think you are late from your period. if you think that you are pregnant but the test proved not and you still have the symptoms then you should maybe take another test as there is no harm in this. if still this proves negative and symptoms still persist then you should contact your doctor.

it sounds like you experienced a miscarriage- im very sorry for your loss- but i could be wrong. i would follow up with another blood test just to be sure- however if they gave you a beta (blood test) and it was negative- the blood tests are usually very accurate- than you may very well have miscarried. To be 100% certain, have one more taken. Hope This Helps.
