You eat chicken after cook which bite by dog before cooking then there is possibility of rabies?

If you cook the chicken to an internal temperature of >152F, you've effectively destroyed pretty much all microbiological life. The USDA prefer a temp of 180F, but I think 152F works as well. What's more, if you eat the chicken very soon before after exposure, it's unlikely the chicken would be systemically infected, so your risk is very low. That said, and considering the price of chicken, I'd toss out any chicken exposed even periphally to rabies -- why take the risk?

What should you do if your pet rat scratches another rat?

i would put it to sleep, what if has rabiesssssssssss! (duh)

Wow....I know this is probably too late to do anything, but I wouldn't put the rat to sleep. That last answer is ridiculous. I've owned plenty of rats, and if your other rat just has scratches on its back, it might not even be from the other rat. I had a rat living by itself and it still got scratches, presumably from the cage itself. If the rat is vicious towards other rats (which it very well might be if it was raised alone) that does not mean it is rabid. Rats develop clans..and if it is older and has not had other rats in its life, it is very likely that it considers humans clan members and will fight off other rats. Rats do not usually kill each other, but I would still keep them apart. If it's a one time thing I wouldn't worry about it. Rats have social hierarchies and tend to have a few minor fights now and a then, but I never EVER saw anything serious. DOESNT HAVE RABIES--BAH.

How often do dogs have to get rabies shots in Nevada?

A rabies shot for dogs works in the same way that any vaccinations on a person would. When the vaccine is given it last a certain amount of time and then you need to be vaccinated again. When a dog is a puppy or if a dog is receiving their first rabies vaccination, they are given a one year does. This means that you need to give the dog the vaccine next year. However after that vets typically give dogs a injection the lasts three years.
