You have two choices fix the alarm by installing a new tumbler, or disable your alarm. Either way you'll need to remove the drivers door handle.

Open the door, undo the torx screw just above the lock, turn key clockwise and hold, then pull gently out and back. Handle will release 80% of the way, now slide the latch that is attached to the handle release to the right. The door handle should now be out. Take out the pin which compresses the spring? (It may have removed itself, and fallen into the door, leave it there,you don't need it anymore).

Stick a small screw driver into the slot you see and turn it counter clockwise 1/4 turn to turn off the alarm. If you remove the battery, or boost it, you'll need to do this every time.

Or you can fix it once and be done...

Buy the new tumbler kit (they are built stronger than the originals, and have the parts you lost)!Not expensive. Then one screw at the base of the tumbler removes the lock mechanism, remove it with the key inserted, note the way that the spring is assembled. Replace each brass piece with your old ones in the order that they came out (to make your old key will work in the new lock), careful not to lose any little springs as you pull each one out. Assemble the handle, and lock the big spring in with the new hook pin at the end. Insert the handle into the door by hooking the release onto the latch on the handle. Turn the key to the right to insert handle all the way. Replace the screw. Test the lock with the door open (you need to close the door latch with a screwdriver, to simulate a closed door).

I know the 37 series was sold in 69 (I have a 3719). The speakers and turntable usually have date codes. If you pull out the turntable (unhook cables on bottom, unlock lock tabs on top and turn 90 degrees), there should be a “REF” code on the bottom. First 2 digits is the year.

code for jvc tv from a rca converter box control

It appears the TCL 55" uses RCA codes. Give RCA codes a try because they worked for me -- in my case, code 333 worked for my Avex R6 (URC-RC) Universal remote control.

Maybe the other TCL TVs use the same RCA codes.

remotes that are built for cable boxes like the cox remote is a universal remote control. although this is a universal remote, it normally will only work with cox digital converter cable boxes. therefore if the digital converter box that you want to control is from cox or motorola (or similar supported affiliate of cox) then pressing the CABLE button will control that said digital converter box. The AUX button will normally not control another digital cable box, because the manufacturer figures that the only converter STB that you will be using is theirs. thus, the CABLE button is only set for their STB. Normally to control weird or unpopular digital converter boxes - universal remotes are recommended. there are many brands, but make sure you find a learning universal remote. so in case the digital converter box code is not in the universal remote (like in the cox universal remote) then you can program it in yourself - hence the term "learning remote"

i picked up a ton of these last year for christmas for everyone in my family because they were dirt cheap and most ppl watch tv. so a universal learning remote for everyone was convenient & cost efficient for the state of the economy last year. i posted a link of where i got mine from, but there are many on the market. find what you like & purchase it, but make sure its a learning universal remote.

Enter a question like this. How do i program a (all in one) remote? You should turn u plenty of answers. All in One is just a brand of remote. Be sure to ask about your specific remote. For instance emerson, or ge, or lg, or etc.
