What should you do if your dog is itching and losing his hair?
It depends on the cause. There are many things that could cause a dog to itch and lose hair, including allergies, hot spots, blowing coat, fleas, mites, fungus or a number of other things. When it comes to skin irritations a skin scraping examined under a microscope and special lighting may be necessary to make a diagnosis. So make an appointment with your veterinarian for a diagnosis and the right treatment for your dog.
GOOD ANSWER!
Scabies is a skin disorder that you get from dirt, mostly people that don't wash much and people that live on the streets get it. You know if you have scabies when they first start appearing on your arms. You mostly catch scabies by kissing, hugging and huddling. People that have scabies are afraid of what people will think so they cover their body as much as they can. The worst case of scabies is what children usually get between the age of 11 and 16. If you know anyone with scabies make sure you do not have physical contact with them, for example: kissing, hugging, huddling, an skin contact. Some people that have the worst case of scabies died from it, because they didn't regularly go to their doctor.
SO IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WITH SCABIES DO NOT GET INTO CONTACT WITH THEM!

A: It's probably itching cuz you have hair growing there. But you should still let your doctor check it out during your next office visit. ANOTHER ANSWER: A few things to remember- your body is changing and growing. Make sure you wash down there EVERY day. If the itching is persistent and red and rash-like, you could have "jock itch". That's a fungs that grows in your crotch. If it's not too bad, get ahold of a can of "jock-itch " spray at your local drug store. CUREX is one kind and there are others. I know it's VERY embarrassing to bring it up to your parents or your doctor. Follow my suggestions, and if it gets worse, ask a parent to take to the doctor. Doctors have seen EVERYTHING, so don't be embarrassed. Tell your parents you are old enough to go into the doctors office on your own, you are old enough ! Hope this helps you out. Be Tough! <> Hi, I'd add just one thing... the "polite" (or correct anatomical) word for your ballsack is your scrotum and the balls inside it are correctly called your testes or testicles.
Exfoliate, exfoliate and exfoliate some more. One of those scrubby puffs or apricot scrub will do the trick usually. If they are not near any openings you can use rubbing alcohol on them to dry them up.

Itchy, red swollen bumps on the skin are an all-too-familiar summer sign that bugs - and bug bites - are flourishing.
That annoying itch may be a good sign, however.
"Itchy is normal.

Reccuring back itch with no redness or rash should it get checked out?
So, I'm 17 and a senior in high school. I have what you would call a 'normal' stress level. I work five days a week at an ACE hardware and have a normal social life and i do average in school. On one spot on my back, a small spot near my right shoulder blade, has had an annoying itch that started about two years ago (just before i started working at ACE) and it occurs about 5-10 times a day for a short period of time.I have no allergies (except to bee's but i don't think that's relevant.) and i take adderal for my ADHD-i (ADHD-inactive). My laundry is done weekly, clothing, bedding and my work vest. And I have good hygiene and i have changed my brand of soap and shampoo&conditioner several times in hopes that they might be the cause. What I would like to know is: should i get it looked at by my doctor? Does anyone have an idea what might be causing it?
I'm no expert, but it does take time. I'm sure you know that Calamine Lotion is the primary drying/healing agent, but you will still be driven NUTS by the itching UNLESS you add a 1 oz. tube of Hydrocortosone cream (OTC) to the 6 ounce bottle of Calamine Lotion. This means a new container, as you will want to add water if it doesn't mix easily and well. .... say1/4 of the volume of the mix, to start, and go higher until YOU are happy with its application viscosity. Use a small battery driven "drink mixer", or similar means to make the "cream" smooth and frothy and you'll need a larger container to bottle the increased volume of water and Hydrocortosone. I suggest application with say, a 3/4 inch wide artists brush. Works great for me, and doesn't waste the material. I'd guess that it takes about a month to clear up this form of psoriasis - give or take a week or two, but the action towards healing is quite apparent once this combo is applied.

How do you make itching powder without using a maple tree?
# Get a rose. Put it in a dark, dry area so it will die quicker. When the rose dies, a small green round fruit-like formation grows in the middle of it. Once the rose dies, remove this small fruit-like formation. # Take a knife and cut it into two halves. There will be cotton like stuff in the two half's. # Take a toothpick and remove this cotton-like stuff (scientifically, it is called cythilicus).Don't touch it with your bare hands.Place it in a small cup. # Place this small cup next to the boiling water cup so it can absorb the steam of the boiling water and become fluffier. Don't let any water touch the cotton-like stuff. # Don't place it in the microwave or it won't work. It needs to absorb the steam. Once it becomes fluffy(after 10-15 minutes next to the boiling water cup), place the cup of cythilicus under the sun.

Lichen sclerosus (LI-kun skluh-RO-sus) is an uncommon condition that creates patchy, white skin that's thinner than normal. Lichen sclerosus may affect skin on any part of your body, but most often involves skin of the vulva or skin around the anus.
Lichen sclerosus in genital areaWhen they do occur, lichen sclerosus symptoms may include:
The uncomfortable itching and scarring that accompanies severe lichen sclerosus may narrow the vaginal opening and affect the ability or desire to have sexual intercourse.
If this sounds like what you have, you need to see a doctor, as there is no over the counter product that can take care of this. A gynecologist that specializes in pelvic( vaginal) reconstruction or a dermatologist(wouldn't be my first choice) is your best bet. I hope this helps you.
See a doctor....It could be Lyme Disease.

I am having a pain itching skin in your virgina?
Could be a yeast infection, females get them alot and its nothing to worry about, go see your doctor and he will get you some cream
If they are flesh colored it is probably the same as what I have. I have found that it may be where skin does not flake off properly but rather gets stuck in open pores. I have yet to find anything that helps and I have had it for as long as I can remember. My advice is go to a dermatologist or your regular doctor and see if they can find out what it is for sure.
