considering you get your period because your uterine wall is shedding from not getting pregnant during ovulation (fertility period). i would say chances are that your egg is no longer "active" and you are not pregnant.
Could you be pregnant if you are 4 days late and have been spotting brown for 9 days?
Well there is a possibilty that you might be pregnant. Same thing is happening to me. I spotted one week before my period, then it stopped and now I am 6 days late. I went to the clinic to talk to a specialist and she told me that I could be pregnant so she gave me a pregnancy test it came out negative, then she told me that I wasnt pregnant YET. She also told me It could be stress related, and something about my hormones. She told me If I dont get my period in a month go back for another test. You should take a pregnancy test, and if it comes out negative wait a couple of weeks and take another one.thats what Im going to do. Good Luck!
Does light bleeding mean pregnancy?
Possibly...but if you are pregnant, if could mean that you are trying to abort (read- miscarry). Please, contact your doctor immediately! Especially if bleeding gets heavier. The 'clumps' are clots.
You could be. If you are already 8 days late, take a pregnancy test. Brown spotting can occur if you are pregnant and it's during the time you would have been on your period. Also stressing about being pregnant can stop your period. If your pregnancy test comes back negative, just relax and try not to stress about it.
It is also possible that you have a vaginal infection, especially if the pregnancy test turns up negative. Yeast infections, bacterial infections, and STD's can sometimes show up only as persistent brown discharge, without itch or smell.
Your doctor can test for even the tiniest traces of pregnancy hormones, and do a swab to test for any infections. See your doctor as soon as you can, whether it's a pregnancy or an infection.
Is it normal to bleed after you get pregnant?
Yes, it can be perfectly normal. You mention an IUD, if this is a hormonal IUD that you've just had inserted this may be the reason for the longer bleed as it can take your body time to adjust to the hormones in the new IUD. It's also possible that the IUD has shifted so check your strings and feel for the bottom of the IUD through the cervical opening to make sure it's not moved. If concerned or if the bleeding continues go see your doctor or go to a sexual health clinic for more help.
How does a bleeding tissue look like?
You shouldn't bleed during ovulation. If you are bleeding, it's probably your period. Answer Bleeding during mid-cycle does NOT necessarily mean that you are starting your period. Personally, I experience this (not every month), and the bleeding is not always the same. Usually it is rather light (only appears on the toilet tissue). Sometimes it is rather wet (enough to leak onto a pantiliner). I know this is rather explicit, sorry (I am dealing with a lot of fertility issues, so I have to take notice of every little detail throughout the month). I have noticed that the times that I experience mid-cycle pains (pain during ovulation) that seems to be when I have noticeable spotting or slight bleeding. I to answer your question.
Extremely thin, almost looks like its thinner than water. The color is very faint/ vague brown or pink/ rust never deep red. its so thin that it leaks out so fast, doesn't give you enough time to rush to the bathroom. Answer Bleeding during ovulation looks like thin pink or brown discharge. With tissues u can make out.It last for 1-2 days with lower left or right abdominal pain. Answer Mine is like a tiny thin streak of blood, and I notice it for two toilet trips - no longer than that. I believe it is due to ovulation as it is around the right time. You don't necessarily get ovulating pain, some months I do, some months I don't. This month however I had the ovu bleed, but no LH surge until the following day? Very confusing Answer It's usually a light yellow, then a brown It never lasts longer than 2 days Answer Ovulation bleeding is a real thing and can be major bleeding. it is not "just your period".
How do you know if you have had a miscarriage?
I was 8 weeks pregnant when i started losing my baby.I thought it was blood clots, but if you look closer its really placenta around the baby, as if it's slimy. You will also have a discharge of blood. My husband also noticed i was a little more cranky but it's too bad.
The most common symptom of a miscarriage is bleeding,if you bleed during pregnancy it may be referred to as a threatened abortion. It can also be detected during an ultrasound exam,if there is bleeding you should visit a clinic to have an ultrasound exam.
You can tell your having a Miscarriage by spotting/bleeding. i had a a miscarriage on the 24 of Sept and it started out by just spotting than when i went to the hospital it got worse!! BUT in some pregnancies people spot so if you spot just go to the doctor to check it out! Some people dont even know they had a miscarriage if it happend early, like it could have happened the time your period was saposed to come! you coulda mistaked it as a period!
What are the risk if i think i had a miscarriage and you dont seek medical help?
If you had an early miscarriage and the pain and bleeding have now stopped and you feel ok physically there should be no problems. If you are still having pain in your belly/having an offensive discahrge/feel unwell then you may not have had a complete miscarriage and need to see a doctor.
What does light yellowish clear and clumpy discharge mean?
This could be BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS.When different types of bacteria outnumber the normal bacteria, Lactobacillus, an imbalance is caused in the bacterial organisms that exist in the vagina.Instead of Lactobacillus bacteria being the most numerous, increased numbers of other organisms are found in the vaginas of women with Bacterial vaginosis (BV) such as:bacteroides, gardnerella vaginalis, mobiluncus, mycoplasma hominis. Bacterial Vaginosis is also called Gardnerella-associated vaginitis, and nonspecific vaginitis. It is one of the most common causes of vaginitis symptoms among women, particularly those who are sexually active, producing painful inflammation of the vagina.Although more than 50% of women with Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) have no symptoms, when symptoms do occur they include:excessive, thin gray or white vaginal discharge that sticks to the vaginal walls, fishy or musty, unpleasant vaginal odor, most noticeable after sex, vaginal itching and irritation. The risk of acquiring Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) is increased by:changing sexual partners, douching, and using intrauterine devices (IUDs). Diagnosis is made by: going to the doctor, undergoing a pelvic examination, change in pH of vaginal fluid,If the vaginal cells have the classic appearance of 'clue cells', cells from the vaginal lining that are coated with Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) organisms, which appear in Bacterial Vaginosis (BV). And as added confimation the sample is mixed with potassium hydroxide and produces a strong fishy odor when the bacteria is present . Bacterial Vaginosis can be difficult to cure using either conventional or alternative treatments. The usual treatment is antibiotics, taken orally or vaginally. Which include Ampicillin, Ceftriaxone, Clindamycin, and Tetracycline. Bacterial Vaginosis is thought to be associated with ectopic pregnancy, infertility, low birth weight, pelvic infections, and premature birth. It doesn't go away on it's own. You should go to the doctor and get an exam, Basically a pap. They have this gel you can get and apply it for 5 days. It's non invasive. There you could talk with your doctor about other possiblities other then bacterial vaginosis.... if that is not what this is. It's common. A lot of women have it. Most don't even know it...
How long do you have to wait to take a pregnancy test?
Wait a full missed cycle. I know the test kits tell you that they can give a reading in 2 days, but the hormone they test for takes a cycle to build up and you are apt to get a false reading with an eariler test. Save your money and do it after you have missed one cycle.
14 weeks after intercourse is the most accurate date for determining pregnancy with a home pregnancy test.
I don't even really want to answer this question. Keep in mind that I'm not an expert and am simply relaying my personal experience. I had 2.5 days of very light brown spotting with tiny, tiny little round things in it and then the spotting got heavier and turned more red. Very quickly after that I passed tons of bright red blood with clots and lost the pregnancy. Throughout the spotting I had mild cramps and backache. You definitely need to get in and see your doctor. They're the only person who will be able to give you the answer you need. Either way - remember that the unknown is almost always scarier than the known. If you end up not being able to keep this pregnancy, remember that your chances of keeping the next one are excellent. Never lose hope.
You feel pregnant and your tubes are tied?
It should be a normal pregnancy. There is only a 1% chance of this happening but like all other methods it isn't fool proof like we wished...It is up to u if u want to have the child or not but there isn't any legal action you can take
Obstetrics and gynaecology (often abbreviated Ob-Gyn in the US and O&G elsewhere) form a single medical specialty and have a combined postgraduate training program. Some generalists can work as obstetricians, mainly in rural areas. All gynaecologists, therefore, are trained obstetricians, and vice versa.
and they make at least 100k-350k a year and even more depending the state and what hospital
Any bleeding during pregnancy needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Heavy bleeding is a sign of miscarriage, but you have to see a doctor to be sure and to be checked for your health, as well.
Anything is possible, but sounds more likely that you might have an infection, possibly Chlamydia or Gonorrhea if you never had symptoms like this before. There are other problems that can cause these symptoms, advise you see your doctor and have him check you for STD's.
Is it normal to spot after your first missed period?
I just wanted to add a response to this question. I was told to abstain from sex if I was having any kind of spotting/staining during the first trimester of my pregnancy. spotting while your pregnant is not normal, but after sex is. The reason why you stop aftersex means that your ripped a little and that is normal just try to be more careful with sex next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i know from experience :) hi it's lulu and when you spot when your pregnant your either having sex too much or you are having it to rough. dont get worried it wont affect the baby
This bleeding is caused by stopping BCP. It is known as the withdrawal bleed. However you should only bleed a few days, not for 20 days. Make a appointment with your Doctor for a evaluation. Please note this is advice only and should not be used in place of a medical experts.
If you have a discharge that is like a clear bubble does that mean you have miscarried?
sometimes in early pregnancy you may not have even been aware that you were miscarring.perhaps a miscarriage was mistaken for a very heavy period but a few weeks into a pregnancy and a miscarriage was occuring, there would be quite a lot of blood loss accompanied with abdominal cramps.a clear bubbly discharge that contains no blood is not a miscarriage.if you are worried go to your g.p as you may have a very common vaginal infection.
no not really, usually early pregnancy your periods would be considerably lighter than that, but it is not impossible, also your hormones could have a lot to do with it to, i know after my first time having sex, when i got my period it was tottally screwed up for what it normally was, it would last as long but it just seemed the flow was different pattrerns, but i took a pregnancy test and i was negative, so if i was you i would take a test to put your mind at ease, unless you want to be pregnant i wold consult a physian, if you are to rake a test read the instructions very well
When in doubt, take a pregnancy test. Usually the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period and sore breasts.
Can a tiny red line in your discharge be called spotting?
Yes, it could. Spotting shouldn't be a problem unless your doctor says it is.
Yes, this is called implantation bleeding and it occurs when the fertilized egg implants into the uterine lining. The best way to know is to take a pregnancy test. If it is positive, please see your doctor immediately. Your health and that of your baby's is at stake.
OR
It could mean you have contacted a sexually transmitted disease and should also see a doctor.
this could be a sign that you may be pregnant or that it might be that you have a little dried blood that needs to discharge its self. if your period does not arrive then you could take the hom etest or if you are really worried then you should seek help with your doctor.
