What is the correct grammar i am stress or i am stressed?
I am stressed.
In the sentence the speaker is descrbing his emotional state. You would not say"I am a stress person." You would need the participial form "stressed".
States of emotion are nominative: happiness, stress, depression, anxiousness, listlessness, nervousness, cheerfulness, remorse, guilt, forgiveness
Many can be used as verbs, which have participial forms. Ex: He stresses me. He depresses me. He forgives me. He cheers me.
If the speaker says ,"I am stress," the implication is that the speaker is personifying the abstract noun, much like saying, "I am death."
Just as one would describe a dead person with a modifier form, not death, the correct form would be a stressedperson, not stress. A native speaker would always make this distinction.

What is the difference between the stress concentration factor and stress intensity factor?
The stress concentration factor is a number that raises stress locally due to factors such as holes and change in cross section. In the latter case, the sharper the radius at he cross section change, the higher the stress concentration. Typically, these factors range from 1 to 3 and sometimes more.
Stress intensity factor is a bit different; it is an inherent property of the material that is tested and defined for cracks or flaws. For cracks and flaws, the radius is very small, approaching zero for sharp corners, and stress concentration factors become very very high, approaching infinity. In this case we use the measured stress intensity factor and equations of fracture mechanics to calculate allowable stresses. It is often used for fatigue calculations for metals and for strength determination for brittle materials like glasses and ceramics.
What is the best approach to take when dealing with a client with narcissistic personality disorder?
Realize that the narcissist is ALWAYS right and will argue to the death. They may come to you for advise, but seldom take it. Didn't you know they know everything about ALL things! You have to treat a narcissist with tender hooks as I am sure you know. Give a little, but be sneaky and take a little (let the narcissist think it's their idea.) It's sort of like a woman wanting something from her husband, but she's sneaky about how she asks for it or doing business with companies or any client. The narcissist will TELL YOU about THEM and how things should be, so being patient is a virtue and however boring nod every so often and say something like, 'You have a point.' NEVER engage in debate. You'll feel like you've been in a rubber room for months if you do. If possible take a bit of the opinions your client is telling you and add it into your ideas and make sure you stress this in conversation. You could say something like, 'I like that idea you just mentioned so how about we incorporate it into this.' There is no failure by you if a client is extremely difficult and very narcissistic and telling them to seek out another company. It's better than ending up being driven mad and ending up with nothing from this client.
Stress can be a motivator. For example, if your're stressed out because you have a big assignment due, this may motivate you to work on it and complete it. The stress can help you to put in your very best effort. If you're afraid of losing your job, stress may encourage you to raise your own standards and make improvements you most likely would not have made without the threat of unemployment.
Stress is a disadvantage because it can potentially raise your heart rate and weaken your immune system. Also, it can be a factor in poor decision making because under stress we may not think logically or consider the consequences of the choices we make.
While we all experience stress frequently in our daily lives, not everyone handles it in positive ways. The key for us all is to learn what strategies and behaviors help us to cope with stress in a positive manner.
Finding a friend or family member who'll listen as you vent about the stresses in your life is a much better way to handle tension than isolating yourself and worrying.
Going for a walk, listening to music or doing something you enjoy are much better ways to clear your mind than drinking, eating, smoking etc.
To me the key is realizing that some of the ways we choose to deal with stress can make our situation worse than just weathering out the hectic time.
Realizing that we always have choices when dealing with stress is the first key to making stress work for us and not against us.
