i suggest take this time to try out a new look. Summer time should be fresh, fun, natural, and beachy. If you have naturally fine hair use beyond the zone hair scruncher or any type of product that will give a tossled wavy look, or even a spray gel. Air dry your hair and apply product, scrunch your hair. If your hair is curly wear it curly. Use a curling creme and protein gel. If you have ethnic hair get beyond the zone molding wax. or demented goo. Apply the product in sections, and twist each section into a bun. Leave your hair in little buns over night, at least 8buns, hold with elastic. In the morning let out your curly no frizz ringlets. During summer time most people put away there straighteners and blow dryers. Your hair needs a break from heat sometimes. Experiment with different looks. Go for curly, wet, wavy, tossled looks. Its much sexier for summer. Winter hair should be dryed and straightened. But for summer flat hair can be boring. I suggest going to sallys beauty supply or any store and getting some products. As for the makeup. First remember that many girls don't wear makeup until 16 or even 18. Makeup can clog the pores on your teenage skin causing breakouts. If you don't see it now then you will surely see it later. Since you do wear makeup, make sure its healthy mineral makeup. Also keep it simple. Concealor for blemishes, mascara, eyeliner and lip gloss. Even creams, peachy, gold, silver, pink shades of eyeshadow are always fresh. Before makeup should be skin care. Use a face wash for your skin type. There are 4types oily, dry, normal, and sensitive. And follow up with a moisturizer, green tea leaves a nice glow, cocao butter is good for any scars and discoloration. Do some research for your needs. Keep your skin clean, clear, smooth and glowing. drinking water and getting some excersize will give you a glow and color. Remember that foundation suffocates your skin and its better to keep your skin beautiful and apply just eye makeup and lip gloss. Instead of covering your skin, get some air and sun for some healthy color. For your trip, bring along a tinted lip balm. If you must sneek some makeup use a brown eyeliner, its enough to line your eyes but still natural. Even a clear mascara can help and still look natural. But remember you are only 13, keep your summer look fresh, fun, flirty, and youthful. Stay away from heavy makeup it takes away from being fresh and new. Boys don't even look at your makeup. Whether they know it or not they like a fresh fun youthful girl. Not someone who wears makeup and reminds them of their mother or big sister. Even now at 20 years old my boyfriends compliments me more when i don't wear makeup, or when i wear just enough to accentuate my features. In fact boys typically hate eyemakeup and they love to see the color of your lips. I save the makeup for going out and i definitely keep it looking natural, like it belongs on my face, i go for a very exotic look. During the day i keep it fresh and fun. Aways smile, and be confident with your skin under the makeup and learn to love your features, and your hair for what it is. There will always be another person who will be envious and jelous of you. We always want what we don't have. So enjoy what you do have. You can go on the trip just the way you naturally are and look great.

There are many camps and organizations that give summer camp scholarship. These "camperships" maybe give directly through the camp or through another organization. If you are in NY, NJ, PA or the Midwest you may be able to find a summer camp that receives funding from SCOPE.

Pali Adventures is a great summer camp for boys! They have tons and tons of adventurous things like ATV's, Paintball, Skateboarding, Zip lining and more. They also have some unique things like Flying Trapeze and DJ camp. It is the most awesome camp for anyone!

Crocodile Mile was like the Slip'n'slide. It was a long inflatable slide that you would hook up to a hose which would feed water throughout the surface of the slide. Then you would run and slide across it. They very quickly started springing air leaks though, rendering the toy useless.
