I think the appropriate wording for this question: "why do you see lightning before hearing thunder?" The simple answer is that light travels faster than sound.

No one will know what will happen in 2008, but one thing is for sure some people will get greedier, the politicians the same and will mislead the public and not do their jobs well. The war in Iraq will disipate slowly and it will end like the Vietnam War;the cost of gas will go up as will food and there will be drinking water problems for especially the U.S. They will have to rely on Canada. There will be more attention paidto global warming and the environment in Western countries due to the insistance of 'the people' inespeciallythe U.S.and Canada. I could go on and on, but it sure doesn't take a psychic to schmooze a client to know what's up. The upside to this is the fact there will be better medications for certain illness' (more cures for certain cancers, MS and HIV, a medication in pill form to erase trauma from the brain while letting the patient still retain their memory of family, friends; there will also be micro chips for the brain to help those with devastating depression where drugs are not an option)and people will turn more to a'belief systems' (of their own choice) and start to get out of the 'whatever generation' and start helping each other more. The general workplaces will change dramatically and more people will work from home whileunemployment rises. Society as a whole will put pressure on government in the U.S. and Canada. Both countries will have new leaders when election time comes up. Korea will come up out of nowhere and cause some friction with the U.S. and a warning to Canada. The citizens of New Orleans will win their fight to stay on their land and land developers will lose the cause of trying to get all that land to build a mid-sized town with wealthy occupants. The deals will fall through due to media coverage. Over 60% of New Orleans residents (mostly black) will either stay or come back to their roots while the other 40% will stay where they are relocated at present. The days of the 'weak shall inherit the earth' is just around the corner and the poor are fighting back and the middle class are starting to give them some support because they are also feeling the pinch of being over-taxed and their tax dollars going to waste. If we want change we can make the change! Example: Erin Brockovich who was not highly educated and a single mom with small children fought her way into working for a lawyer's office and won a large case worth millions regarding impure water causing many residences in that area to have cancer (some had it, others died from it.) It doesn't matter if you aren't well educated or you think your voice won't be heard .... numbers of people in a peaceful. but terse manner with the help of the media can get many things rectified if they so choose. For those that are too weak, too ill to speak for themselves it's up to the rest of us to dig in, bring it to the worlds attention and start making changes. That's why 2008 should be a great year! ANYTHING WORTH WHILE IS WORTH FIGHTING FOR!

several things are a possibilty. First, is the AC compressor actually coming on? If it isn't, then your "high" pressure is simply the AC not coming on to bring the low-side pressure down. Is the compressor engaging? If so, what do you consider "high?" Is it above about 40 PSI? Is the "high-side" of the system also high? The high side pressure usually runs below about 250PSI, but that depends on atmospheric conditions. If it is, then maybe you have too much refrigerant in the system, the radiator fan may not be coming on, or there may even be an air-flow restriction at your radiator or condensor(like leaves or pine straw blocking the air from crossing the radiator). Is the high-side low? Then if your high side is low and your low side is high, then you may have a weak compressor or the clutch may be slipping. *I added more info in the discussion section of this question, thanks for the response!

The green light in the sky in east London could be due to a natural phenomenon like the Aurora Borealis, or it could be from a man-made source such as a laser show or a special event lighting. Without more information, it's difficult to determine the exact cause of the green light.
