For example, I bought a timeshare in Hot Springs, Arkansas the week of July 4 holiday in a 2 bedroom lake front condo in a small community. I paid more for a premium week, but gave me the option to be able to deposit that time with a travel club and trade for a vacation other resorts of my choosing or renting is out for a fee.
