Salary for a Lowes store manager?
i don't know what their base salary is, but i do know that at the end of their fiscal year, if the store has met their budget, store manager gets 100% of their salary as a bonus.
Answer 2In 2007 the base salary/pay scales for a Lowe's employee in North Florida(mostly learned from managers themselves) were:
Cashier - $6.50-8.00/hr; CSA - $7.00-8.50/hr; Team Lead - $9.00-10.50/hr; Dept Mgr - $12.00-15.00/hr; Zone Mgr - $38-42k/year (52 hrs/week); Ops Mgr - $58-65k/year (60 hrs/week); Store Mgr - $82-105k/year (65 hrs/week). All employees working at least three-forths of the year receive an inventory bonus as well depending on how little shrinkage the store experienced that year. For 2007 our store scored a 96.5% accuracy rating on inventory and most hourly employees received $200-350 bonus. Budget does affect the salary bonus of all managers, not just the store manager, but it also directly affects how many hours each department is allowed to schedule their employees and the amount of yearly raises.
Answer 3As late as early January, a Lowe's CSA level III can make as much as 10.00 an hour. The Team lead position became obsolete, and store manager bonuses changed from 100% to 50% of salary.
Answer 4My dad is the sales manager at one of the new Canadian stores and he makes a salary of over 60k a year. when you get up to management, they usually pay you an annual salary, not hourly.

Can i buy electronic cigarettes at Walgreen's?
Yes you can buy them from Walgreen's and some gas station but more than likely at Walgreen's you will only find the disposable electronic cigarettes (they are like smoking one and a half packs of cigarettes).
You COULD buy from that website or my personal favorite is "Blu Cigs". You can earn points and redeem them for free stuff such as cartridges, starter kits, etc. And there is free shipping on ALL products. The prices are great too.
Or you can buy electronic cigarettes on the Internet, many of my friends like to buy from Ecigbuy, simple and convenient, but the same online or have a certain risk, shopping need to be careful.

What is the minimum age requirement to work in Illinois?
You would have to check with your local court house or police department to see if there is such a law in place. A reasonable person would assume that you wouldn't leave a 6 year old in charge, just as much as a 12 year old couldn't watch 5 children at one time. I know that it does depend on the maturity level of the teenager and the discretion of the parents.

What skills are required for becoming a pharmacy technician in the state of Texas at CVS Pharmacy?
Well for some states you have to be Certified b/f becoming a pharmacy technician. For Texas I'm almost sure you do. The Board of Pharmacy for each state determines whether or not you have to be certified to be a pharmacy technician in that state. However, it is always preferred in hiring that you are certified. If you're lucky then you can get hired without being certified and your employer will pay to have you trained. As a certified pharmacy technician you only earn a dollar or two more an hour and normally have to shell out a hundred or so bucks just to get into a certification training program (if you don't have an employer paying for it), not to mention all the studying you have to do. The content is supposedly like a lot of introductory science and math courses at a collegiate level. Any specific employer can have any number of additional requirements (ex. must be 18, must be in pharmacy school, etc.). Anyway if you manage to become a pharmacy technician most employers will give you on-the-job training. That's good b/c after you have worked for 1000-1500 hrs as a P.T. (not incredibly current w/ the number of hours in Texas) you are required by law to become certified and until you do you are not allowed to perform any of the duties of a Pharmacy Technician. The job description for a P.T. varies depending on the kind of pharmacy you're working in (retail, nuclear, hospital, clinical, etc.). Some p.t.'s work more on customer service related things like answering phones and dealing with complaints to delivering prescriptions, assisting the pharmacist in compounding prescriptions or taking inventory, possible helping w/ an i.v. drip if you're in a hospital and the hospital lets you, well you get the idea. Good luck on your quest to become a pharmacy technician!

Is Walgreens a good place to work as a pharmacy technician?
This is my personal opinion and experience. I've worked for Walgreens for almost 5 years, and have friends who have worked for other large chain pharmacies. Walgreens pay scales vary from city to city, taking into account cost of living. Raises are given periodically based upon length of service, and for passing the CPTE. I've found that my pay is either level with or better than that of my friends working at other pharmacies with similar qualifications and experience.
