There are several web browsers available, each with their own benefits.

Internet Explorer 7 comes with Windows Vista and is integrated into the operating system, which may translate into having it open quickly. However, it is more susceptible to malware than other browsers and does not follow many web standards and it processes javascript relatively slowly. The next version of Internet Explorer will improve its standards-compatibility, but it still falls far short of competition.

Firefox 3 is another widely-used browser and is generally considered to be the best overall browser. It has a large collection of community-supported plugins as well. The next version of Firefox also drastically improves javascript speed, user-friendliness, and security features.

Safari 3 and Opera 9 are two other options. They both conform very well to web standards and run relatively fast.

How do you make a toolbar button for TinyURL.com in Firefox?

It's very easy actually. First, go to TinyURL.com. To the left of the browser bar (the one you just used to type in the URL), there is a small icon with the TinyURL logo on it. Simply drag that icon onto your toolbar, where ever you want, and you instantly have a toolbar button linking to it. Now, you can right-click on the button, go to Properties, and edit the name, location, and whatever else you want.

Alternately, you can right click on your toolbar and select "New Bookmark", then type in the URL of whatever website you want it to go to.

The only problem is that eventaully you will have goodness knows how many icons on your toolbar and eventually you will run out of room.

You can easily make a bookmarking toolbar in Firefox and organise all your most frequently visited sites in folders. I have a toolbar that has 11 folders containing nearly 80 bookmarks to the sites I use all the time, including article sites and my blogs.

It is very easy to make Firefox toolbar and I have added a link to the step by step guide I made, once I worked out how to do it.
