What is balancing and rotating a tire?
any tire if hanged free from it's middle point in it's geometric centre freely it will show that there is a side of it a little bit heavier sometimes not always even with a brand new tire ,to solve this uneven balance we have to put a counter balance in the opposite point to the heavier one ,this is a static balance. When you rotate the tire with a fixed speed the unbalance will cause the tire to be shaking so we have to put a counter weight opposite to the extra weight which causes the unbalance ( this is called dynamic balance and should be done using a balancing machine.

Unless you are having tire wear problems or the vehicle pulls to one side, you should only need an alignment check when buying new tires.
Bald tires are not particularly dangerous when the road is dry. In fact, slicks (treadless tires) are used in racing because they provide greater contact with the dry road. The danger comes from hydroplaning on wet roads. Without tread grooves to channel water out from between the rubber and the road the tire has no traction and your car spins out of control.
How do you tell the size of an alloy wheel what do the numbers mean stamped on to it?
The numbers can say several things. What you mainly care about is rim and diameter size. EX. 16x8 rim the rim has diameter of 16 and the rim width is 8 inches. If it has other numbers then it has to do with back spacing and it is usually in millimeters. Does this help any?
Out of alignment. Have the alignment checked. Could be a broken tire or an allignment problem, if its the tire rod your tire will move easily when jacked up and off the ground this is bad and could result in your tire falling off... ouch WRONG WRONG WRONG... Will 22 inch rims fit on a Chrysler 300 with 1.8 inch drop?
True, the ride will suffer with 22's as you can't get as much sidewall on your tires and have them fit...unless you want to raise your car.
But there are a lot of folks running 22's and have some nice fitments that give them the largest amount of tire sidewall possible to smooth out the ride a bit.
Going to 22's may require you roll your fenders to avoid rubs.

may be due to out of balanced wheels, simply you do wheel balancing. Or otherwise worn out tyre

It's not too much... You MIGHT find some rubbing on tight turns. But with a low profile tire, you will be ok... The questions is... Why put 20 inch rims on a 4 cylander?
Why would a front tire blow out and seconds later a back tire blow out?
If the back tire that blew out was on the same side of the car as the front tire that blew out, then it's possible that perhaps you may have ran over glass and
it almost instantaniously blew the front tire out but it took a couple seconds for the glass to work it's way into the back tire. But then again you would have more than likely seen the glass in the tires when you checked them.
Another possibility is that you may have ran over a nail with your front tire and then it flew out and went straight into the back tire but then wiggled loose from that tire and was long gone.
Although, the most reasonable answer would have to be that possibly the tubes in your tires were old and deteriorated and popped.
Did drifting originate with a front wheel drive car?
No, they are rear wheel drive. You cannot drift a FWD car.
