Your engine is running too lean, probably the result of either a vacuum leak or possibly a damaged EGR valve. You will damage the valves, pistons or who knows what if you don't take care of this problem immediately.
It's inside the alternator. If you haven't already done one (and evidently you haven't) it would probably be best for you to just replace the whole thing. Some special tools are required and it can get a little overwhelming for the first timer.
On the GM's that I am familiar with the fuse box is underneath the dashboard to the left of the brake pedal. It usually has a black cover with 2 finger-sized tabs. gently squeeze these toward each other (unless the cover says otherwise) and it should pull right off. If you have the owners manual it will also give you this information plus exactly here the fuse you are look for is, how many amps it is and what size it is. If you don't have the manual, some GM's abbreviate what the various fuses are for and what amps they are right on the fuse block.
belt # 15436 which is a small belt goes to the alternator & fan pulley ,belt # 15445 which is a small belt also goes to the center pulley behind the fan pulley then the power steering pump and on the bottom outside crank pulley below the fan-water pump pulley.the final belt # 15585 which is a larger belt goes to the air condition compressor fan pulley far inside groove t,crank pulley far inside groove toward engine block and then emission pump. I bought one belt @ AutoZone and the 2 small ones were made by Goodyear,But as long as the numbers & belt size match you should be able to get them anywhere. I hope this helps as I had to track down another Delta 88 Royale as none of the parts stores were of much help either.
I've got a 92 98 road touring and it did this and all it was, was the sending unit. It is got an end cap on it and it was broken
Very carefully! - with mechanics tools, and you better remember how to put it back together again or take pictures or draw pictures or paint the bolts different colors and their bolt holes the same color. Your local library may have a service manual with more detailed help.
