A company is a Mechanism (Machine) comprising Human and Physical Resources connected by an organizational structure and Management system.

1-The Operation Manager Should understand the Mission and Vision of Organization, he works for and he should plan the best and shortest way to reach the vision (This is the destination to be reached soon and safely)

2-The Operation manager should understand the required amount of resources (Financial , Human, Physical...) and organize them per the system requirements (like Fuel in Fuel tank, Water in Radiater, Lubricant in Engine...)

3- The Operation Manager should start and control all the performance as he planed to achieve the targeted result. during the performance phase he should take care of all the applicable terms, conditions and policy to be applied.

AT THE END THE OPERATION MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE TO LEAD THE ORGANIZATION TOWARD THE VISION (HE SHOULD PLAN EFFICIENTLY, ORGANIZE EFFECTIVELY, LEAD DIRECTLY & PROPERLY AND CONTROL CONTINUOUSLY ALL THE ACTIVE TEAMS SERVING ORGANIZATION'S VISION)
