Is it easy to get papers if you have two children by another women and your illegal immigrant getting married to a US citizen?

No, it isn't easy. The idea that anchor babies can legalize status is a myth. Well, it can, but that is only when the citizen baby turns 21 and files an immigration petition I-130. But up until that time you will be subject to deportation. The US government can and does deport illegals with citizen children.

One other way is to surrender/get caught by USCIS and apply for cancellatino of removal because it would cause an extreme hardship to a qualifying citizen. It has to be extreme, as in more than a regular hardship. So arguing that your citizen child would be deprived of your love, affection, and support would not work. Also, financial arguments probably wont work (i.e. i need to work in the US to support my children)

If someone wants to spend a month in the US would they need a visa?

General Information: Foreigners who would like to visit the United States for leisure or tourism, are normally eligible to receive tourist visas. B-2 Tourist Visas are required for citizens of countries that are not included in the "visa waiver" program. Eligibility Requirements: Foreign nationals interested in visiting the United States for leisure or tourism, may apply for a B-2 tourist visa. Persons admitted to the United States under a B-2 tourist visa are not allowed to work or receive any kind of payment while being in the United States. Visa Waiver Program (VWP) Citizens of 27 countries do not need a U.S. visa for business or tourism visits of less than 90 days. However, if you will be receiving any compensation for your services or activities (i.e. lectures, presentations, etc.), you may need to apply for a visa. Contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate for more information. In order to enter to the United States without a visa, VWP travelers must meet these passport requirements by the following deadlines: June 26, 2005, all VWP travelers must have a machine-readable passport; October 26, 2005, all new passports issued by VWP countries must include a digital photo; October 26, 2006, all new passports issued by VWP countries must be e-Passports (includes a computer chip that stores biographic and biometric data). Below is a list of the 27 VWP countries. For additional details and updates on the Visa Waiver Program, see the State Department

Why do some American interest groups oppose immigration?

One of the most un-American things imaginable is to be opposed to immigration. No red-blooded American does this. Every single citizen of the US has an immigrant background, and immigration has made the US a great nation. However, illegal immigration is another matter altogether. I don't think there is any reason for the US to have open borders with any other nation. Persons should not be granted US citizenship just because they were resourceful enough to enter the US and live here for some length of time. Can you imagine persons doing this in Iran, Yemen, the United Arab Emirates, or any number of other countries? "I've lived here illegally, yes, but I have been here for 15 years. I demand citizenship." I don't think it would go well in most cases. Immigration should be a lawful and orderly process for everyone, and illegal immigrants should be treated respectfully and fairly according to the laws of the land.

Peoples indigenous to North America are a special case. There is no excuse for the way that most tribes have been treated by European descendants over the centuries. But the fact remains that when the US was established, every person who initially claimed citizenship was born outside of the United States.

Does the immigration service has right to revoke your citizenship?

If someone married a US citizen under false pretenses and abused his spouse can permanent status be denied?

Absolutely. The penalty for a foreign national entering into a fraudulent marriage to obtain permanent resident status and/or citizenship is a federal felony that carries a mandatory prison sentence of 5 years and a $200,000 fine if convicted. The person would also be subject to prosecution for domestic violence. After the convicted person has served their sentence they will be deported and permanently barred from entry into the U.S.

Can a U.S. company get a visa for a Canadian citizen to work in the US?

Yes, it's called a "Work Visa." It may take a little doing, but it's done all the time. My husband works for a Yacht Co., that is owned by an American in Texas. Sometimes they need specialized people from the States for a certain job on the Yacht and they can come in on a "Work Visa." You need to apply and there is a lot of red tape. This is not for permanent residency.

Can you get a green card if you have a child in the US?

no you will not just because you have had a child in America does not make you a united states citizen you will still be on a green card because you were not born in the united states obviously that's why you have a green card and your child is a united states citizen because he/she was born here in the united states and it would be the same for you if you were you born here legally and if your child was born where ever you are from your child would need a green card also and you might want to check with your local court house to see what they say

Having a child with and/or marrying a U.S. citizen does not automatically confer citizenship to a foreign national. The person must apply under the prescribed procedure designated by the U.S. immigration laws.

Will debt affect UK to US immigration?
