I see those commonly around where I live. I can't tell you for certain without a picture but I can tell you the most common black spider with yellow on its back and legs (sometimes different patterns) is the Banana Spider. As far as I know I believe it IS poisonous. If you see one then either leave it alone, or kill it from a distance. (I'd prefer something hard like a shovel. I wouldn't even attempt a spider spray because it's likely not to work because of it's size and if it DID work you would PROBABLY be using ALOT of it. Be easier and cheaper just to pulverize it from a distance.

felons can hunt in pa with a bow or muzzle loader . for these weapons are not controlled under the same gun laws as shotguns , rifles or handguns. they can also hunt with a shotgun or rifle but they must barrow one. and must return the gun from whom they borrowed it the same day they borrowed it. they aren't allowed to own or keep one at their residence. the only way a felon can't hunt is if they are on probation or parole and were told there aren't allowed to posses any kind of weapon by their parole or probation officer. some felons are also required to sign a document stating they will never posses any weapon ever. but i think that depends on what kind of crime they commited. i.e murder
