You don't need to cut the wires at all, I just got mine installed in 5 minutes with the adapter speaker plug, you can get them from Amazon or eBay for 16 bucks. You save a lot of time and you don't mess up the wire system of your car with the black tape and stuff.

Open th drain cock at bottom of the radiator in the center. You can un screw it all the way out. Let drain for approx 15 min till nothing else comes out but very slow drips. If you remove the radiator cap it will speed up this process. then replace drain cock and fill system. It will only take one gallon to fill the radiator and overflow tank. Note you will only need a drain pan, small funnel, some rags and ONE gallon of anti freeze from dealership. The coolant should be about $15.00 and its blue in color can't seem to buy it anywhere else.

How does the oil pump in your car work?
Your oil pump pressurized the oil to circulate through out your engine. It starts at the oil pan, and is sucked up through the pick up tube. The pump pressurizes it, and sends it through your oil filter, and then to your main oil gallery. After the oil has been circulated through your engine, it cycles back to the oil pan through drain back passage ways. The pump it self is mostly ran by your cam shaft, and has either gear, or rotor type componants that pressurizes the oil. Hope this helps.

You buy rearview mirror adhesive from a auto store. 02/02/2009: I recently had a hack job done by a reputable company (new employee who no longer works there) when my windshield was replaced on my 2000 Acura TL. Now I know that you don't yank the thing off the windshield or cut the 3 power wires that makes it a power rear view mirror. There is a clip that is located in the headliner that should be unplugged and then re-plugged for a nice neat look. The windshield that was ordered for my car had a roundish metal piece embedded in the glass for where the mirror should be replaced.
