I asked a teacher at my college and she said the method acually works. you'll be able to know when your baby want milk, have to 'go', etc.

When your baby's hungry, he/she will tell you. Every baby's different. The amount he/she wants is really what they should have. They may be babies but they're bodies can tell them when they're not hungry.

1. Put the baby down where you can easily change them with out getting anything dirty. (On an unusable towel, old rug, etc.)
2. Take off the dirty diaper and properly dispose of the material.
3. Take some baby wipes and wipe up the dirty area.
4. Take some baby powder (talcum powder) and shake some on.
5. Take a new fresh diaper and put it on the baby!
