Well, if they have a 'pack' of 3 or more, yes it is possible for it to bring down a full grown lion. They are very powerful, and if their owner is being attacked or their mate or pups, they will fight to the death, as they are very loyal and protective of their family. You pluck them. You can actually buy a stripper knife...it does not hurt hem at all! When you pluck them it just pulls out the dead hairs. If your border terrier struggles or reacts to the plucking...it does not mean that it hurts! It just bothers them! So don't worry!

Our bodies are designed to walk without exerting much energy. Unless you are walking at a brisk pace (4mph +) you are not going to get the least bit "fit". It also depends on what your definition of "fit" is. When I think fit in this situation I think in shape cardiovascularly.
