The filter is located on the frame by the left rear tire (driver side) 1.clamp rubber hose coming from gas tank 2. release pressure from the bolt-on end and allow pressurized gas to escape 2.once pressure is released remove old filter and replace new one exactly as the old one came off. i did it yesterday in about 20 minutes start to finish

Um, no, they do not only come in 18" sizes. You can get 5x4.75 rims from 13" to whatever the biggest size made no days. Almost ALL GM cars pre-72 used this bolt pattern. that is Chevelle, GTO, Tempest, Impala, Caprice, Bel Air, Camaro, Firebird, Malibu etc etc. Now newer vehicles that use this pattern are Camaro's, Firebirds, S10's, Sonoma's, Blazers, Jimmy's (not the K5 big ones), Corvette's, GTO's I believe, you can even use some BMW wheels as the bolt pattern is only SLIGHTLY off but it's not advised but can work. There are a few others but those vehicles are the main ones. I can't believe it took you months to find wheels, I could go down to discount tire and have a set in any size I want tomorrow. Now offset/backspacing makes a big difference, what vehicle will they be on, you didn't state.

You need to remove the serpentine belt to remove this. The tensioner is the spring loaded pulley that puts the right tension on the belt. It is fairly easy to locate it. I have used a socket with a ratchet handle to offload the tension and remove the belt. You will run out of travel room with just a straight handle tool. Once off, the entire arm or just the pulley can be removed.

the sensor is located behind the pulley for the water pump has one single 8mm bolt in it u need to remove pulley to get at it

well, a floor jack always helps, seriously though, i have an 85 riviera with the auto leveling b#@%s$$t. there is a compressor that levels the car after driving and "adds that air ride feel " b.s !! when driving..lala so anyways, you get a set of monroe airshocks from o'reilly or your fav. shop. they give a stiffer more attentive ride. also, the come with the plumbing to hook each up to a t-valve, splitter for equalization, picture 2 cans 2 feet apart, hooked up w/ 2 feet each hose into a t-valve(has same air application as a tire. you take ur compressor or bike pump after hooked up and they air equally, mine is run from each shock thru the frame to my flip down license plate w/ hole drilled in plate lol people trip when i back up to a public air can and watch my car go up and down, i wish i had airbags but im broke. sorry 4 the babble but ive been jazzed this week with mine, im thinking of a smaller set for the front, we have crappy roads in phx and lowriders dont like bumps. happy wrencvhing

Yes, the complete door panel must be removed for access to the switch. there are 2 torx bit screws located at the handle "the one you use to pull the door closed" not the door latch. remove these. Also there is a Phillips head screw located at the door latch handle, remove it also. there are 2 more Phillips head screws to be removed one at each top corner of the door panel. that is all that holds the door panel in place. It may be difficult to remove due to the adhesive so go slow and don't force it. Also you will have to pull the latch handle to the open position to work the trim panel around it. Good luck. The switch has a quick connect electrical plug and 2 small screws holding it in place.

You can rent a pulley puller from Autozone for free. They take a $40.00 deposit and when you are done with the tool, take it back, you get your $40.00 back. Call the store to make sure they one there, sometimes they are already out on loan.

Or you can open the hood and look on the passengers side for a thick cable that is just held on to the car by a big lug-nut plug the red wire to it and the black one anywhere metal so it can ground itself to the car its much easier than lifting the backseat

Could be either a rod bearing that doesnt move much until a load has been put on the engine or could be a sticking lifter - hard to tell as either sound changes when a load is put on the engine
