I have a 93 roadmaster and I'm trying to put a radiator in, so what size line wrenches do i need to connect the oil cooler

Actually it is very possible to get a vapor lock type condition with a fuel injected engine. This is due in part to a combination of factors. Ethanol blended fuels combined with higher outdoor temperatures are the main reason. Usually ethanol alone is not the only reason though. A weak or partially clogged fuel delivery system compounds the problem. Fuel will not usually turn to vapor in the lines when it is kept under pressure. Check and compare your fuel delivery and psi to the specifications for the vehicle in question. If they are lower than what is specified,start checking the fuel system and try the simple fixes first such as replacing the fuel filter. If your delivery is still low then the most likely culprit is a fuel pump that is on its way out. If the pressure AND delivery are both good and this only presents a problem on start up, the probable cause is a device in the fuel system that is designed to keep fuel pressurized in the lines and is faulty. This is referred to as an anti drain back valve in some cars ,but may be called something else in different models. A quick way to check this is to pressurize the fuel rail by starting the vehicle while you have a fuel pressure gauge attached to it. Turn the vehicle off and watch the gauge. If it starts creeping down steadily until virtually no pressure or very little is left then there is your problem. Unfortunately you cant always replace just this component. It is usually sold as part of a fuel pump replacement assembly.

The firing order should be cast into the intake manifold. It may take some work to find it but it should be there.

located on left side of intake manifold and removed by pulling out a curled up hose that is attached to it (approx. 5/8 in diameter)

It' likely, if bulbs are OK that the turn signal switch is burned out. If the switch fails, it won't allow the brake light signal through to the brake light wiring. To determine if the switch is bad test the incoming and outgoing current. If brake light switch power is present at the turn signal switch but not at any outgoing brake light wires, the turn signal switch has probably failed. This is a Buick design issue because keeping your foot on the brake or if the brake switch sticks keeping the brake lights on, the circuit will fail due to amperage overload.

Check the thermostat or the radiator. The thermostat could be sticking or the radiator could be plugged.

"Blowing" FusesFuses and Circuit Breakers are safety devices designed and installed in electrical circuits TO PROTECT the conductors [wires] from short circuits and overload conditions which can cause extreme overheating which can result in damage to the conductors, and worse, the possibility of a FIRE which could destroy the vehicle. When a fuse, and replacement fuses blow, especially if it happen repeatedly, is an indicator of an UNSAFE CONDITION in that circuit, usually a short. Many ignorant people will suggest installing a larger fuse to prevent blowing, but this is NOT the right thing to do and must NOT be done. Do not install a larger fuse in a misguided attempt to correct the problem. To install a larger fuse would invite damage to the wiring and an electrical system fire. The proper "fix" is for a qualified technician, who knows what he/she's doing, to troubleshoot the circuit, find and identify the defect, and make proper repair [s], BEFORE replacing the fuse again [with the properly sized fuse].

Check fuse in fuse block under hood on passenger side. Should be a 15 amp. There is also a relay in the same fuse block

I don't know about a 94 roadmaster, but on my 95 lesabre, i had to take the HVAC vents out first. Pry up on the bottom of them (very gently!) and they should pop out. There were screws holding the dashboard in behind where the vents used to be. Assuming you are removing the dash to install a new stereo or climate control unit, they all "pop" out. No screws. Best to throw the car in neutral once you are done pulling out dash as to slide dash cover out.

that's a typycal Chevy from my experience but i wouldn't worry much unless its below 40 PSI on guage other than that try new oil pump

The blower is just under the passenger side dash. There are three 9/32" bolts that hold the casing up. Remove those and unplug the blower. Then the blower should be able to fall right out. May need to "jimmy" it a bit to get it out. When you get the new blower, plug it in and turn on the air before you install it, that way you can make sure that it will work.
