Under the front fender, remove the bottom scrape mat by popping out the clips. You may have to pop the center of the clips out with a screwdriver to remove without breaking. You will only have to remove 3-4 on the side you are replacing. Then pull the scrape mat out of your way, reach up and the bulb will come out with a quarter turn. Then remove from the wiring harness. The bulb is a common GE bulb you can find at any auto store, hardware store, or truck stop. If you go to a dealer, they will tell you its a sealed unit and fender removal is necessary.

It should be automatic once in gear it should disengage, if not follow the pedal assembly up there you will find a small lever that if you flip it it will disengage it, watch yourself cause the pedal will just pop up.

Insert a pin or other small pointed object into the hole marked "date/time set" (just left of 'date/time set' label) on Driver Information Center panel.

The 1956 Cadillac equipped with power steering was quite easy, loosen the bolts on the pump and remove the belt, un bolt the reservoir/pump Assembly and turn it upside down so the oil drains out. Disconnect the lines and reverse process to re instal.

Do a fuel pressure check. I had the same problem and it was my fuel pump.
On a 2007 it's centered between the front wheels where the oil pan is, it faces sideways, not down, requires a 13mm socket.
Look under the hood and find the blower motor and disconnect the plug and look at the plug, it might be burned out. It might not have a good connection clean the connector real good and plug it back up.

I have an 03 deville and found my blower motor under the dash on the passenger side. It was intermiitant so I took it out and cleaned it. Works fine but I am planning on getting a new one as the brushes are close to worn out. I would advise you do the same

If the pump is not bad, there is no need to replace it. Just make darn sure that no dirt gets inside of the lines. Use a parts cleaner to clean off the line connections, before they are taken apart.
