The parts manual has all of the wiring diagrams as well as the parts. The manual costs $15 plus shipping and it arrived in about 5 days.
Thsi seems to be the only manual that they have available for this model.

I just did it....There is a panel that covers from the top pf the stereo to below the cup holder...there are 2 screws at the bottom of this panel...and two more screws going up under the top lip of the panel (philips)....Pull off the panel after you remove the screws....then there one screw under the stereo itself holding it back ( philips)....The just detach the wire harness and you're all set

Definately not the 2000W amp - it will have to work so hard to drive those subs that you'll probably kill their voice coils due to excessive distortion. Some people subscribe to the "matched" concept. EG: 4000W of sub needs 4000W of amp. My personal rule of thumb is that your amp should be 40% more powerful than the subs. This allows you to set the gain on the amp lower, thereby minimizing the afforementioned distortion. Given that you have 4000W of subs, my rule of thumb would dictate a 5600W amplifier. There's no need to be that precise though, a 5000W amp will be quite sufficient.

This will save you much headache and possibly keep you from damaging you car's circuitry. Plus, you can do the wiring in the comfort of your house instead of the cold garage.
The wiring connections can be twisted together and taped. I prefer soldering and heat-shrink insulation. Once the harness is wired to the radio, all you have to do is plug it into your car's harness and you're good to go.
