You must stop the headlight in the up position. Sometimes you have to do this manually, with the over-ride on the headlamp motor.It's best to do this with the hood up. There are two screws in front of the headlamp on the bottom that must be removed. Then turn the assembly to the partially down position to remove two more screws; one on either side toward the rear of the assembly. This will enable you to remove the cover. Then simply remove the screws that hold the chrome frame around the bulb and replace. Reverse procedure for install. CAUTION: be sure not to mistake the adjustment screws for the retaining screws, as your headlamps will be out of allignment.

You need to remove the small vented side panel. or at least remove the 3 screws from the wheel well and the one on the top of the panel. Then pull the panel out enought to remove the battery

You must first pry off the black plastic molding next to the fog light, you can use a plastic spatula so as not to scratch the vehicle. Next remove the bolts holding the fog light housing and disconnect the bulb. Installation is reverse procedure just try not to handle the bulb with your bare hands as the oil from your skin will lower the life of the bulb. These bulbs are around $14.00.

Removing the roof panel requires that you locate and back-out two screws from the rear of the panel, and the two at the front..., there was a tool supplied in the center console for this purpose.

Check the headlight and clearance ground wires. There's a good possibility that the headlight and clearance light use the same ground wire. If the ground wires is not connecting properly it will feed back to the turn signal indicator

To change any type of brake, I usually take one side off. I don't recommend this if you are not willing to learn the hard way. Usually brakes are fairly easy to remove and replace, only if you have not worn them down to the metal. Most pads I have seen have rivots to keep them on. If you have worn the pads down to the rivots, then you may have to replace the drum or rotor. If you look at your wheel (rim) and it you can see thru it you should notice something shiny on the front indicating you have disc brakes, and you may be able to notice the pads. It may be a good idea to look at some brake parts from a local parts store for example Autozone, Napa Auto, ect. You can buy them then or just price check things and visually look at them so you know what to look for on your car. Ask them if your car should have Disk brakes on the front and what type of brakes (drum/disk) on the back. Alot of sports cars have All wheel disk brakes which means. All 4 wheels have disk brakes, oh and by the way you most definitely should take your front disks one from each side, to a place, (sometimes the parts store) where they can TURN them. You can also take the back disks also. The reason is to avoid any possible pulsating after you put new brake pads on. This thing called TURNING THE BRAKE DISKS helps keep an even surface for the new brake pads. I hope this information will help you somewhat. Good luck to you.

It's a 1.3 liter engine with not much power in it. Its built like that to minimize fuel consumption. And yes turning the AC on will decrease whatever horsepower you have. If you want to make it faster, try doing an engine swap.

i have a 1.3 lec and with proper tuning, it can run up to 160km/h. btw.. all i did was to put a downpipe on it.. then proper tuning..

I am assuming you are asking about a FRAM Air Filter. That number sounds like a Fram Number.

The recommended Fram filter for a 91 Corvette is PH30. The AC Delco number is PF 24 (Old filter number) while the better filter replacement is PF 454.

I recommend getting the best oil filter you can buy for your corvette.

Most Chevy 350 4 bolt engines will bolt into a 1979 Corvette.

The gas tank on the 2011 Chevrolet Corvette holds 18.0 gal..

To properly access the fog light the inner fender shield (plastic) has to loosenedbut not quite removed. The fog light is behind the panel that is the front piece of the shield. Bulb is an industry 880 halogen and twists out of the lamp housing. The fender shield is retained with clips that have a center shaft for tension.

The window tract is not really adjustable. Usually the regulator and/or cable go bad, and you need to replace the thing as a unit.

There are adjustment screws on the lift system on the dorr windows.

They are located in two positions on the track. You will have to remove inside door panel. Tward the rear of door there are two nuts on screws that have a hex broached into them. Loosen nuts (14mm I think) turn set screw with hex key to achieve desired result. (I do not remember turning which way does what) You will have to hold the set screw with the hex key while re-tightening the nuts.

This operation will adjust where the top of the glass makes contact with the rubber seal around the door opening.

Keep the pigtail plugged in the the window operation button. You can hang the door panel on the door the test you settings.
