if the fan motor isn't working, the fan motor has likely got a loose connection of some sort. if the fan does work but the reguler vents don't you might have something blocking them.
1. So don't go cutting it off and selling it for quick cash. If you do that your vehicle will not pass an emissions test in areas where needed, and its painfully expensive to replace.
Off road motorcycles do not have keys. Enduro (dual sport) and street motorcycles have keys. Older BMW motorcycles have a "key" but it is not unique to the individual motorcycle. That is, a BMW key will start any old BMW motorcycle. yes motorcycles have keys
To fix a burned wire that is plugged in at the fuse box under the Battery sign, the wire will have to be removed and a new one soldered in place. Before doing this, find the cause or overload that caused this wire to burn in the first place. It could be that a fuse of too high an Amp was placed in the fuse box by mistake.
If it does start it will shut off immediately.
Faulty culster: See my post below, you can google this and find this is a problem for a lot of 04 Trailbazer owners, even me. Same problem. It started once the temp hit below freezing in my area for the first time this year also. My speedometer was reading a lot faster than I was going, for example it said 120mph when I was going about 10mph. Everyday is different with the wacky speedometer, one day it will read 0mph, the next it will work and so on. I bought it used and it has 83,000 miles on it.
I called and filed a complaint. EVERYONE MUST CALL CHEVROLET AND FILE A COMPLAINT. As per the Chevrolet Customer Service Desk, they must receive a set number of complaints for the same problem before they will issue a recall.
The number I called was (800) 222-1020 and filed a complaint. I also called 866-790-5700 and filed a complaint. Call both numbers!
Chevy is aware of this problem, and I even talked to my friend who works at GMC dealership and he said they get 5-10 GMC/Chevy's from 2003-2004 in to replace the speedometer. Everyone just needs to call and file complaints.
Drop the tank. Unbolt pump housing from top of tank and replace. Big job with electrical connections and filler neck considerations to make things a bit more complex.

You don't, as it has no belt. It has a chain that should last the lifetime of the engine.

The code P1400 reads "DPFE Sensor Voltage Low" (Ford, Mazda). Often it's caused by a bad DPFE sensor or clogged EGR passages. DPFE stands for (Differential Pressure Feedback EGRI) I would clean the EGR valve which cost nothing. If that does not cure the problem, you may need to replace the DPFE sensor, which does cost, and it may not fix the problem. If you want to be sure you replace the correct part, then visit your local Ford dealer.
dpfe stands for delta pressure not differential.
Whining noises often come from the alternator or the steering pump. Check the power steering fluid in the pump (there is a dipstick on the pump), and have an AVR test done on the alternator.
If the alternator is faulty, you are probably having battery problems as well. If the steering pump is low on fluid or is faulty, you probably are experiencing jerky steering from time to time.
It doesn't really go bad, just make sue it's not clogged or contaminated with water. Use an air compressor to check if it's clogged. Plug the air compressor into one of the nozzles.
The throttle body needs to be cleaned. The only way to do this is to remove it and clean both sides of the butterfly.
