So the most common letters are the vowels A,E,I,O and U and you will see A and E on the left hand side and I,O and U on the right hand side. Next common letter is S and so on. All these keyboards are called qwerty keyboards because those are the letters in top left as if you were reading from a page.

normally, you can enable the StickyKeys from the Acessibility Conrtol Panel which let's you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE one at a time.

Is it keyboard issue?

get a new keyboard, only like $8 cheap one

check for driver corruption, download keyboard drivers from your manufacturer

Your computers operating system will have the capability of dealing with your local language speciality and currency. You need to so into the computer set-up configuration and tell it you are in India and want an Indian/English keyboard and want to use Indian currency. This should then turn the £$ keys into Rs.

Try clicking the window that you are working in, that helps sometimes.

The keyboard shortcut to rotate an object is E, to move it W, and to scale it R.

The QWERTY keyboard was first designed for mechanical typewriters where the most common letters/keys had to be laid out for two handed typing and where the had to be mechanical separation of the keys when they were are rest and in use striking the paper (or the key armatures could lock up).

If you are on a computer that has the number keys on the right side of the keyboard, you will be able to do this. Press and hold ALT, then press 253 while holding ALT. If this isn't working, check to make sure your Num Lock isn't on.
