I got a worm (virus) on my computer from mocospace a while ago. I had to get a new computer. My friend had also gotten a worm from it on her lap top, but that's just our experience with it. We found out that using mocospace through a phone doesn't give off any virus that we know of, just when you go on it through a computer.

I also got a virus as well using mocospace. Regardless of what browser you are using if your on a PC chances are you will get a virus using mocospace. It seems that the virus is coming from the chatroom. You don't have to replace your computer, you simply need to remove the virus with a program called malwarebytes. Its a free download but the trick is getting it to run before the virus takes over your antivirus program.

I heard that they get other computers to test it on like someone will volunteers there's to test it on and then the person who created the virus erases everything on the volunteers and reset everything or they just buy computers to test it on. I'm not sure
