What is the defense of man as the creation of God?
The defense of man as the creation of God is based on the idea that God is the Creator and sustainer of all life. This belief is grounded in the Bible which states that God created man in His own image (Genesis 1:27). God is the source of all that exists and therefore He is responsible for the creation of man and all other living creatures. It is argued that because God is the Creator He has the right and authority to govern and direct the lives of His creatures.
The defense of man as the creation of God is built upon several key points which include:
By believing in man as the creation of God people are able to practice their faith seek guidance from God and live a life that is in accordance with the will of the Creator. It is a defense of man as a creation of God that allows people to have a spiritual connection with their Creator and to live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling.
What is the capital of the universe?
It would make sense that the capital should be in the center. But since the universe has no edge, it has no center, which means that no matter where you are in the universe, the view is the same. So the most central location in the universe is the entire universe.
Exegesis on Genesis 2 verses 21-25?
Genesis 2:21-25 concludes the second biblical creation story, with the creation of Eve.
The second creation story is somewhat more primitive than the much later account in Genesis 1:1-2:4a, and has been attributed to the 'J' source, or Yahwist, on the basis of similarity of style and language.
The story of the creation of Eve is straight forward enough, except that Eve was apparently the only creation made in this fashion. Adam was made from moist earth, as presumably were the beasts and birds, demonstrating that God did not make anything ex nihilo. The story of the creation of Eve was probably intended to add a romantic touch, since Eve was made from part of Adam.
Where did creation stories come from?
Tradition says that the Book of Genesis, which opens with an account of creation, was dictated by God to Moses. On this view, the story of creation comes from God, although some notice that there are really two quite different and contradictory histories of the creation and say this is part of the evidence for at least two authors of what is now the Book of Genesis.
Scholars recognise that the creation account in Genesis 1:1-2:4a is different in tone, content and style from the creation account that begins in Genesis 2:4b. They say that the second account is much older in Judaism, and attribute it to an anonymous source now known as the Yahwist ('J Source'), writing in the southern Hebrew kingdom of Judah in the ninth century BCE. They see similarities in this history to earlier Canaanite and Mesopotamian account, from which it may have been derived. Scholars attribute the first creation history to an anonymous source now known as the Priestly Source ('P Source') writing during the Babylonian Exile.

God has put a spirit in man that gives us mind power. We know we know and this is something no other creature has. This mind power enables mankind to wonder, imagine, strive to know, to conquer physical limitations, to explore, to ask, and to search out our beginnings, our creator. Why and how are driving words for many of us as we are the pinnacle of God's creation, given charge over all that is in this world now, and eventually when spirit born members of the God Family, over all that is Jesus' which is everything the Father has given Him.
Is the new world order going to be December 21 2012?
It is already here. We already Have The World Bank, The World Court, The World Health Organization, The world police in the United Nations, and countless other organizations already in place. Just open your eyes and look around.
Question:
Are you asking about the governmental structure of the World or are you asking about the so-called 'end of the world' per the Mayan calendar? Both are implied in your question.
David is correct that the beginnings of the long desired 'New World Order' has been becoming more and more manifest since the end of WWII and this current BHO Administration and his ilk are making it more evident but it seems to need a bit more time.
Many theories about the end of the world from the Maya, Hopi, Hindu, Computer bots, some sort of 'wave' theory all pointing to some major event in December 2012. I think if any sure thing will occur by then it will be people making a ton of money scarring others and selling books, movies, religions, etc. It just never ends UNLESS you study the Bible and believe the Word :)
The great creative epochs described in Genesis were periods lasting thousands of years, during which, the Bible says, specific steps were taken in the divine preparation of the earth for man.
Just how long ago the starry heavens and the earth were created is not stated in the Bible. Scientists estimate the age of some rocks as being three and a half billion years, and the earth itself as being about four to four and a half billion or more years. As to time, the Scriptures are more definite about the six creative days of the Genesis account. These days have to do, not with the creation of earth's matter or material, but with the arranging and preparing of it for man's habitation.
The evidence is clear that belief in "ape-men" is unfounded. Instead, humans have all the earmarks of being created-separate and distinct from any animal. Humans reproduce only after their own kind. They do so today and have always done so in the past. Any apelike creatures that lived in the past were just that-apes, or monkeys-not humans. And fossils of ancient humans that differ slightly from humans of today simply demonstrate variety within the human family, just as today we have many varieties living side by side. There are seven-foot humans and there are pygmies, with varying sizes and shapes of skeletons. But all belong to the same human "kind," not animal "kind."
Some people are surprised to learn that Adam and Eve are mentioned repeatedly throughout the Bible. What light do these references shed on the historicity of the Genesis account?
Consider, for example, the Jewish ancestral lists recorded in the Bible book of First Chronicles chapters 1 to 9 and in the Gospel of Luke chapter 3. These remarkably detailed genealogical records span 48 and 75 generations respectively. Luke traces the genealogy of Jesus Christ, while Chronicles records the royal and priestly ancestral lines for the nation of Israel. Both lists include the names of such well-known figures as Solomon, David, Jacob, Isaac, Abraham, Noah, and finally Adam. All the names in the two lists represent real people, and Adam was the original real person on each list.
In addition, again and again the Bible presents Adam and Eve as real human beings, not as mythical characters. Here are some examples:
• "[God] made out of one man every nation of men." (ACTS 17:26)
• "Through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus . . . death ruled as king from Adam down to Moses." (ROMANS 5:12, 14)
• "The first man Adam became a living soul." (1 CORINTHIANS 15:45)
• "Adam was formed first, then Eve." (1 TIMOTHY 2:13)
• "The seventh one in line from Adam, Enoch, prophesied also regarding [the wicked]."-JUDE 14.
More important, Jesus Christ, the most credible witness in the Bible, acknowledged the existence of Adam and Eve. When challenged on the subject of divorce, Jesus answered: "From the beginning of creation '[God] made them male and female. On this account a man will leave his father and mother, and the two will be one flesh' . . . Therefore what God yoked together let no man put apart." (Mark 10:6-9) Would Jesus use an allegory to establish a binding legal precedent? No! Jesus quoted Genesis as fact.
Summing up the Scriptural evidence, The New Bible Dictionary concludes: "The New Testament confirms the historicity of the account given in the early chapters of Genesis."
Angels. Job 38:1-7 & Revelation 4:11
Genesis 1 - In the begining God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and empty.....so God said, "Let there be light" So, the first thing God created was the light. On the first day he created light and darkness (day and night)
Awakening the Sacred Power (the Serpent) and Evoking the Comforter (Adi Shakti); a Westernized approach to Kundalini.
You will need to be familiar with the 7 principle Chakras & their location; Wikipedia or Google will quickly help out with this.
The Westernized system I studied referred to the Chakras as Minds or Centers.
The Serpent lies coiled (3½ coils) in our Sacrum Bone between the 1st & 2nd Chakra. "Sacrum" means "Sacred" in Latin, this is NOT just a coincidence, and it forms a downward pointing triangle. It turns out that Esoteric Knowledge lies hidden all around us, but that's what "Esoteric" means isn't it?
It is going to take a while and practice, practice, practice to awaken the Serpent.
The Universal Energy of Life ("Use the Force Luke!") enters and leaves the body through the soles of our feet.
Its ebb and flow is synchronized with our breathing but in reverse to what you might commonly imagine.
It enters when you exhale and leaves when you inhale.
It helped me to imagine that filling the lungs pushed it out & emptying them drew it in.
Develop a slow consistent measured rhythm; inhale slowly, pause, exhale slowly, pause & repeat.
The trick lies with our intent and in our imagination & our ability to visualize or pre-visualize (Seeing with the Minds Eye).
Our imagination is a tool but in the uninitiated (most folks on the planet) it is likely an undisciplined & cluttered chatterbox, you'll want to work on that. You be developing your "Will" as in "thy Will be done."
You don't want to be distracted with worries, emotionally agitated or fidgeting around.
Consider this following practice to be a meditation and it will help.
You'll want to be lying down flat on your back, arms to you side, OR sitting in a chair OR sitting in the Lotus position if you prefer, or even can (I've never been able to myself, my muscles are too bound by advanced glycation end products).
Start out by taking 3 measured breaths and with each breath imagine the energy entering through the soles of your feet , rising to the 1st Chakra and filling it, then flowing back out and leaving through the soles of your feet.
Then 3 more breaths rising through the 1st and into the 2nd.
Then 3 more breaths rising through the 1st, 2nd and into the 3rd.
Then 3 more breaths rising through the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and into the 4th.
Then 3 more breaths rising through the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and into the 5th.
Then 3 more breaths rising through the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and into the 6th.
Then 3 more breaths rising through the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and into the 7th.
That make 7 sets of 3 breaths each.
All this time you've been imagining the energy entering, rising, filling, descending & leaving through the soles of your feet.
But now with the next 3 breaths you'll imagine the energy leaving by cascading out of the top of your head (the 7th "Crown" Chakra) instead of being pushed back down and out the soles of your feet. Imagine it as though it were a fountain spraying up, out, down and around your body forming an egg shaped protective cocoon around you.
The Crown Chakra lies just under the Fontanelle, the soft spot on top of newborn babies heads. "Fontanelle" means "Fountain" in French, again this is NOT just a coincidence.
You'll now effectively be pumping this energy up through your feet and out of your crown then down and around and back up into your feet again, over & over again in a continuously flowing cycle.
After the 3rd breath you may continue with this cycling for as long as you like (for a total of 7, 13 or 21 times perhaps or some other sacred number) OR start the exercise all over again OR stop here and practice it again the next day.
So far this is NOT the energy of Kundalini but the Universal Energy of Life.
By practicing this you'll be developing your imagination and intent.
You'll also be visualizing, clearing and opening the path that the Serpent will take.
A note here about the Universal Energy of LIfe. It's always sort of "trickle charging" our own "battery" which is the "Root" or 1st Chakra. Our battery has a certain capacity and if it is ever completely depleted we die (just the same as riding a horse to death - it's interesting that they'll let us do that but that's what having dominion means). The Energy, once stored in our battery, can be used coarsely (low frequency, high amplitude) or refined (high frequency, low amplitude). ALL negative emotions, actions and thoughts are coarse and quickly consume our energy. Surely you've noticed how exhausted you can feel after a bout of anger or frustration or under other negative circumstances. The higher up the Chakras ("The Tree of Life") you wish your energy to ascend the greater the "charge" must be and the more refined it must be to do so. "Right Living" & "Right Actions" & "Right Thought" will really help out with the "refining" process and help in conserving your energy for "higher" purposes.
At some point, when you're clear enough, the energy will be flowing freely and vibrating fast enough to awaken the Serpent and it will follow the flowing energy and ascend through your Chakras with it. It may not ascend all the way at times due to blockages or because your own energy is insufficient or vibrating to slowly that day but keep practicing and the Serpent itself will now help clear these out. "...straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
You'll be able to feel your Chakras opening under the Serpents influence as it ascends, like flowers opening to the warmth of the morning Sun (it's not for nothing that the Chakras are shown as many petaled flowers in Eastern art) and they may start "singing" each with it's own distinct note. Your heart Chakra will radiate as though the Sun has risen in your chest, the warmth is remarkable. At some point you may start grinning like a love struck idiot. And with the opening of your 6th & 7th Chakra the Comforter (the Paraclete, Mah di, Adi Shakti, Ma Treya, Aykaa Mayee, otherwise known as the Holy Spirit) will descend upon and come over you. Very similar to being held in the arms of your father as a young child without a care in the world.
The more you practice the more frequently you'll be able to evoke this and the longer the duration will last.
After a year or so of working on getting clear, that is working on my imagination (Raja Yoga) and feelings (Bhakti Yoga) and with some familiarity with "right breathing" or breath control (Prana Yoga) I was able to evoke the Serpent after about 3 more months of using the above technique. Note that I did NOT specifically practice these yogas as they are taught and practiced in the East but simply worked on being a mature, responsible, adult human being in right living, acting and thinking as such.
Note that a VERY good place for Westerners to start practicing "Right Living, Acting & Thinking" is while driving. If you find yourself cursing out those around you, acting impatiently or getting frustrated and angry, guess what, you've got work to do. Then look to your home and workplace for similar circumstances because family members, bosses and co-workers often "push our buttons" - this is what's alluded to when it is said that others are here to teach us. And don't forget about the Barista at your local coffee shop and all the other clerks and agents we all have to deal with.
This is NOT a Doctoral Presentation nor is it meant to be a MacDarmas Drive Through to Enlightenment but it is rather an introduction to the possibilities that worked for me and may work for you as well.
Namaste and God Bless. -Hunab Ku

In yoga we have to impose some discipline upon ourselves in order to reverse the flow of prana and other energies so as to directly activate all the psychic centres in turn. For many thousands of years we have not done this, probably. Just like a river that rushes with tremendous force along a valley created by geological erosion, it would take quite some effort to redirect this along another predetermined route. Of course, once that new route is finally laid the current begins to flow smoothly and unimpeded again.
The more advanced practices in Kundalini yoga are intended to cause a full rise of Kundalini. This is a very much shorter, but more dangerous path, to God-Realization. These advanced methods should be practiced under the direct supervision of a Master of Yoga who fully understands the full implications of such practices. One needs to be an adept at yoga before even attempting such practices.
Then we have the intermediate practices of Kundalini yoga which are designed to give the sincere aspirants the key to true Meditation. These are a lot less dangerous than the quicker methods but should be practiced within the framework of a balanced lifestyle and mental discipline or one is liable to develop an unbalanced oversensitivity. That is why these practices are not recommended to those people with mental health issues. With these practices one can cause a small amount of Kundalini, herself, to rise through sushumna but not a dramatic rise of kundalini in her entirety. One can still enter the deeper states of Meditation as a result of this. Such practices do not require the supervision of a Master of Yoga but certain qualifications are normally required of the aspirant wishing to learn the techniques. The yogi should live a balanced, healthy lifestyle and treat these practices with the greatest reverance and according to the instructions as laid down by the master.
Then we have the basic Kundalini practices which are the safest practices and tend to cause a small rise of kundalini or more commonly her auric radiations to rise within, in a very slow but surer manner. These consist of those techniques which anybody can practice without the imposition of yogic injunction.
Among the safe, balanced practices which will definitely cause a slow but definite rise of Kundalini are:
Prayer.
Mantra.
Spiritual Healing
Meditation
Contemplation
Selfless Service to others
Adam is not at all a human! In Hindu scriptures they use the word 'Atman' which means 'Being'. That is being beyond time, ever being! That entity has its own intelligence to spurt out. This spurting out is termed as 'Jeev'. This Phenomenon has been explained to the mankind in an easier way as: God, a third person, has created Adam and right from Adam's part Eve has been brought out.
Look at the resemblance: Atman - Adam. Jeev- Eve.
All holy scriptures have come out only for the betterment of human beings and his livings in this world successfully and peacefully with a good ecological balance. But without having a deep understanding of those scriptures we humans quarrel among ourselves and also spoil the very creation as far as possible.
So, self introspection.
People have different opinions about this question; some think that it is never ending, others think it is not.
In my opinion I think the universe has a boundary and is not never ending due to the fact that everything has an end, it cant go on for ever, but its your choice what you think about it - like religions, people believe what they think is more likely to be true.
Who is the sky in the story of the Creation?
In the Proto-Indo European creation-narrative, God was referred to as Dyeus-Pater (Sky-Father).
As time passed, they became polytheistic and worshiped the sky itself (and/or the planets, sun, moon, etc.), and forgot that all creations are under God.See also:
Is Homo naledi a new species of humans?
I'm not any kind of expert, but anybody can look at the original research paper,, and see what was identified as human-like and what was identified as not like them. I go into the main details on my blog, Fundamentalist Science.
The significant features tied to our genus are the general shape of the head, the small teeth, and features of the hands and feet. They mention size, too, but humans come in a wide range of sizes and so do apes.
Now, on the other side is "a more primitive or australopith-like trunk, ... shoulder," and "pelvis and proximal femur." Just those alone seem to argue strongly against giving the nod to placing the critter on the human side of the equation. Everything at its core is like an ausralopithecine "ape" or non-human. What seems to put the weight on the side of "non-human" to me is the tiny size of the brain. Even the fossils assigned to our genus, such as H. erectus, have distinctly larger brains.
Maybe there's some technical reason for assigning naledi to our genus, but I don't think something that is so much like an ape with human-like hands and feet makes the cut.
Faith is believing what you know ain't so?
Faith is FAITH: Full Assurance In The Heart. Belief is something different. When you believe in something, you believe, but you are not absolutely sure about your beliefs. And that belief doesn't translate into an action of faith. What is faith? It is belief in action. When belief grows, it becomes faith. When we have faith, we surrender, we surrender to the Divine will. We accept the Divine will. When we believe, we live with hope. HOPE is Having Only Positive Expectations but when we have faith, it means our belief has graduated, evolved, gone further and become stronger.
hatred produces variance, variance produces strife, strife turns into violence, then violence to murder. these all are found in the heart of people, there is no one who truly does good,we can only be fair if we are to be righteous at all.
It depends. Some churches already believe that man is subject to evolution, but others strictly believe evolution is false and are unlikely to change their thoughts or beliefs at all
Was human life started on earth by creation or evolution?
It is confirmed, per Islam religion, that Human kind started by Allah (God in English) creation of Adam from clay.
Quran, that is the Muslims holy book reflecting God words revelation to prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel, says:
{And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority (Adam and his descendants)." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know." (30)}
[Quran, chapter 2, verse 30]
and says:
{(God) Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay. (7) Then He (God) made his posterity out of the extract of a liquid disdained. (8) Then He proportioned him and breathed into him from His [created] soul and made for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. (9)}.
[Quran, chapter 32, verses 7-9]
What is the belief that the universe is the result of a supernatural act of God?
In the broadest sense, this belief is a belief in creation. When used to explain either of the creation accounts in the Book of Genesis, this is call special creation.
A specific theological position that insists that a particular interpretation of the biblical creation accounts is literally true, generally to the exclusion of scientific theory, is called creationism. Because there are several widespread interpretations of the biblical creation accounts, they are generally grouped under either of two umbrella headings - 'Old Earth' creationism and 'Young Earth' creationism. The adherents of any one form of creationism will usually assert that other forms of creationism are false.
