What is the difference between a void contract and a voidable contract?

A contract that is void means technically that there never was a contract. There are few times when this remedy is available including if there was a mistake, the contract was entered into under duress, or that the contract was never properly formed.

A contract that is 'voidable' is when there has been a misrepresentation or a mistake that allows the innocent party to decide whether the contract will be affirmed, or 'rescinded'. Rescinding a contract has the same effect as if it were void (puts the parties back to where they were as if the contract had never been formed), but the key differences are that it is a choice whether to rescind or affirm and then sue for damages for expectation. Also, rescission is not available in some particular situations: where there are third parties involed, when the contract has already been affirmed, when it is impossible to put the parties back to where they were before the contract was formed, or where the rescission was not done in a reasonable time.

There are four ways to find a ratio.

1 A dealer can normally tell from the vin number.

2 There are normally tags or labels on the axle that have part number, gear ratio, and fluid requirement

info.

3 You can count how many times you have to turn the driveshaft to get one complete turn of the tires.

4 You can divide the number of teeth on the ring gear and divide by number of teeth on the pinion.

What is the correct front and rear differential fluid to use in a 91' suzuki samurai?

1986 to 1996 Manual Transmission and Transfer case use API GL4 or GL4 and GL5 80W90 or 75W90.

Differentials use API GL-5 SAE 75W-90 or 80W-90 lubricant.

Do not put a GL5 gear oil in the transmission unless it says GL4 and GL5. GL5 will attack the syncros.

How do you change the differential fluid in a 1996 Camry?

The differential can be found to the rear of the transmission by the left front tire. you have to jack the car up and put it on a jack stand for safety, then remove the left front (driver's) tire. You may want to jack your car such that it is level, or even tilting downward. If your car is slanting uphill, than when you fill the differential, you may not get sufficient amount of oil back in.

There is a filler plug that takes an 17mm socket on the rear side, and a 10mm Allen wrench on the bottom.

Remove the plug on the side first (use a 3/8 inch drive short socket). Then remove the plug from the bottom over a drain pain, and drain the old oil. The differential takes the same transmission fluid as the transmission does, it does not take any kind of gear oil.

The hard part of this is getting the oil back in the differential. I used a funnel and a long piece of tubing. you can pass the tubing down the engine compartment and put the tube in the fill plug hole (the first one you removed on the read side) and dump the oil in the funnel. I put in about 1/2 a quart to flush it out, then put the plug back in the bottom and filled it up from the side.

Once the level is high enough to run out the side fill plug, the differential is full. Reinsert the side plug and you are good to go.

This procedure should be done after the first 30k miles, and then every 70k miles or less.

Hi; 2 hours is quit a long time if your driving on the highway, It could lead t0 other damage to the transfer case. If in town driving and you are starting and stopping a lot, It may not seem as bad but remember to take out of gear before stopping at night so it don't freeze in gear. Use it when needed, and it will lead to fewer problems in the long run
