I had the same problem. People said to compress (squeeze) the heat shield as there is a slot from top to bottom. Wiggle and pull and it should come out, but it still might take a lot of force to do it.

At least one shield had rusted and that still made it impossible to put a socket on it. The solution to this was to use the drill bore that you can buy to install door hardware. The 3/4 inch bore has a hollow center so if you remove the inner drill bit the bore will fit over the spark plug and you can clean the area around the spark plug out and hopefully use a socket on it.

If you broke the spark plug (as I did) you may still be able to use a socket on it. If the spark plug outer area is also rusted you can break the spark plug off and use a drill and easy out set to remove the plug.

there is a little clip right at the base of the arm just pull this out (note:clip does not come off just pulls out) then you can pull arm off

The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump module and is not serviced separately.

Yes there is a big fuse box under the hood. I have a 1998 mark3 conversion van my daughter put a penny in the cigarette lighter and it took out a big 30amp fuse there under the hood they look like plastic cans with a clear top so you can see the blown metal inside. I found it on my own everyone I talked to said the penny fried wiring because all the fuses under the dash were good. I think because it is a conversion van auto people dont know about its location under the hood.

Yes. First generation Camaro, 67-69, rear axles will fit under 55-57 Chevys. They are all the same width. You just have to change spring perches. The stock 55 E brake cables will work also.

With a 5.2 liter engine. Right (passenger) side of engine block. Turn the tires to the left to make it easier to reach.

It is actually part of the pump module in the tank.

You can either buy a replacement mirror, or pop up the outer cover on the door mount (single screw underneath).... get the mirror where you want it, and drive a bolt through. It won't be adjustable anymore (won't affect power operation), but it'll at least stop moving in on the highway.

A replacement pair is about $100 on eBay for power, or you can check your local junkyard for a set. To remove, you pop up that cover like before and remove the four 5/16" bolts. If it's power, you'll have to remove the inner door panel and disconnect the wiring harness.

The specs of the fluid should be on the dipstick or in the manual. Although multi purpose fluids exist (ie. "safe for all transmission types") there are certain transmissions that are designed from the ground up to use a specific type (Dextron, Mercon, F, A, ATF-3,4, T-Type, etc) and using another type may affect shift points, temperature, quality of shifts, or worse. If you are so low that damage will occur or slippage and need a quick top off to get you home or to a garage, Dextron is widely compatible and will get you home. The only approved fluid for a Dodge Ram Van trans is Mopar ATF+4.

had a 95 with same problem at 1/2 tank and was fuel filter/pump assembly in gas tank. (filter was plugged)

I don't have answer but have same problem with my 1994 dodge ram 250 van. I just don't let gas get that low.

It is not a "warning" light but an indicator that you have pressed the button near the shifter to put the tranny into tow mode.

The 1991 Dodge B250 Conversion Van has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See related links below for video. Lift wipers away from glass up to the locking up position. Be careful not to let them crash back down to the glass. Press the tab or button in the area where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook and pull wiper blade out of hook. Sometimes you have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

I have had pretty good luck going to the local library (if you have a good on close by). They often have manufacturer's wiring schematics for common models. At the very least they often have Chilton manuels that will have some limited diagrams in them. The ideal place however is to visit your Dodge dealer service department and ask the Service Manager or shop foreman even better if you can "look at" his service manual for the specific model/year. He won't let you take the manuel home, but often they will photocopy schematics for you. Ask ... don't demand. You may be pleasantly surprised unless they just happen to be total jerks. They won't diagnose your problem for you, but you may also find they will share with you what they have found to be a common problem. MANUAL !
