Why would nations that are not part of the EU adopt the euro as their currency?
Some have very strong connection to countries that use it. Monaco and Andorra have strong links to France, and Andorra borders France and Spain. San Marino and the Vatican City have strong links to Italy, seeing as both are landlocked by Italy. Trade and tourism for countries that have those kinds of ties is easier. Other countries that use it also can benefit from trade and tourism.
