Why would nations that are not part of the EU adopt the euro as their currency?
Some have very strong connection to countries that use it. Monaco and Andorra have strong links to France, and Andorra borders France and Spain. San Marino and the Vatican City have strong links to Italy, seeing as both are landlocked by Italy. Trade and tourism for countries that have those kinds of ties is easier. Other countries that use it also can benefit from trade and tourism.

Can you visit Schengen countries if have Romanian residency?
Romania is not yet a member of the Schengen Area.
It is not your residency which decides if you need a visa for the Schengen Area, it is your nationality.
Romania is due to join the Schengen Area in 2013. Once this happens, all legal Romanian residents will be able to travel freely anywhere in the Schengen Area.

none that I know of assuming countries which go to the trouble & expense of using multilingual sign posts only do that for official languages, try: Wales (welsh/english) Scotland (gaelic/english) Ireland (Gaelic/English) Belgium (french/flemish) Sud Tirol (german/italian) & obviously Switzerland (german/french/italian/romanish). I suspect Catalonia & the Basque region in Spain, & possibly Andora are multilingual as well. That's just a start...

The Puritans were English. The Puritan Church was formed in England as a response to the doctrine and rituals of the Church of England. The Puritans felt that the rituals and decorations within the church interfered with prayer and the connection to God. They wanted a "pure" church.
As of 2017, it is not yet entirely sure where it wants to be. But the main reason are wars, genocides and annihilations of Ukrainian nation by the other countries. Also, if Ukraine was not occupied and included in Soviet Union in the last century, it would be in EU.
