NO-SEE-UMS. What a royal pain. They dont live in water, they fly in the air. The best thing to do is get a outside fogger/sprayer and spray the entire area. This will kill all the flying insects. They are called no see ums because they are the same color as skin. Insect spray can work as well as baby oil. Both will deter or kill them.
