The screens are not interchangeable on sedans, both long and short wheelbase, as the turret was changed for the BA. The screens are interchangeable on the wagon and ute, because they continued with AU turrets in to the BA for the ute and wagon.

So if you look at your VIN:

JGSW = No

JGLW = No

JGCM = Yes

JGWA = Yes

There is a fuse box connected to the headlight switch which you can either access from underneath or by removing the instrument panel. The fuse box is connected to the headlight switch by a metal clip with a small retaining screw or pin.

The fuse box uses only 4 fuses so you can easily replace them without removing the box from the headlight switch.

It is done to put more of the tire tread on the pavement for increased traction Let some of the air out of the tire by the schrader fill valve push in on the little button in center of valve

just start taking out bolts until the radatior is loose. also remove the trans cooler lines and radatior hoses.

this is a monster of a job. the centre console needs to come out, drop the steering colum then the whole dash, air con needs to be disconnected, heater lines, once all that's out, u see a big black box on left side inside, u need to remove it, then u will see about 20 screws holding cover on box, also it is siliconed together, once removed u will see heater core, once again, this job takes me about a full day in a work shop to do. be patient and u can save about a grand, good luck

Regular DOT3 brake fluid

Not much different from earlier model falcons. First remove the thermo fans. Remove serpentine belt. Drain cooling system. Unbolt w/pump and clean surface. Bolt w/pump up Good time to change the serpentine belt if it's persished. Put fans in. Put coolant in and away you go. Easy.

A lot depends on engine, transmission, and rear end gears. My friend has a 3500 that I'm thinking of buying, he gets 18 mpg. It's a 1998 3500, 4 door, 4wd, 454, 5 speed manual, 4.10 gears. The 5sp prob makes the biggest difference, and is a hard option to find, especially in a used truck.

There is NO WAY you will ever get 18MPG with a 454. A truck with the 350 gets 10-13, and a truck with a 454 gets 8-11. And the 4.10 gears make the truck even worse on gas. A 2500 series gets better mileage with the 3.73 gears. Fill the gas tank, then reset your odometer. Drive for awhile then fill up again and take the miles accumulated divided by the gallons. That's the real MPG, not what some guy says it is.

it is located just between the air filter case and the passenger headlight assembly. it is usually covered with black casing prenumbered 1,2,3,4. removed the cover and you will see the 3 fan relays there which are two whites and one green. green relay are always in the middle and the two white relays are interchangable so you will not make mistake renewing them:-)

assuming it's the 4 litre. yes it is. hard to change on the ground. easy to get from under the car.

it is low coolant level in what is called coolant header unit under bonnet of the car.

In a nutshell its a plastic container looking device with a radiator cap on it.

Do not open whilst hot.

losen alternator- cut the old belt off, use a screwdriver to lever the new one over biggest wheel try NOT to stab it with the end of the screwdriver as you lever it over turn the wheel then lever it again little by little till it's on(like putting a tire on bicycle). tighten the alternator so the belt has no play by levering the alternator agaisnt the belt and tightening at the same time. this is a good way to do it if you havent got alot of tools on you and you are stuck away from home

you should be able to just push the pistons up and out. never use air. obviously the pistons are seized in that case. sometime i use the woden handle of a handle to tap them out but be careful when doing this.

its the electrically controlled engine cooling sensor mate.. i hope this has helped ya..

you need a small flat blade screwdriver. use your shoulder to prop the bonnet whilst you flick the metal clips on either end of the strut. or you could just use a long broom to prop the bonnet. the struts should pop off the ball. the new ones should just click on. done. note: the bonnet will be pretty heavy.

With great difficulty!!!!, unless you wanna remove manifolds i suggest you jack it up, secure it, (you dont want it falling on your chest) and go in from under the front passenger wheel well. Have fun, i know i did!!!!

TURN THE WHEEL INWARD ON THE WHEEL YOU ARE WORKING ON. UNDERNEATH THE WING FIRST YOU TAKE OUT THE 4 (3 DOWN SIDE OF WING AND 1 UNDERNEATH) PLASTIC PUSH IN BUNGS (BOOK CALLS THEM PUSH IN PIN RIVETS AUTOBARN SELLS THEM AS SCRIVET CLIPS.) . BEND THE PLASTIC SPLASH SHIELD BACK UNTIL YOU CAN GET YOUR ARM UP TO THE UNIT (IT IS KEYHOLE SHAPE WITH THE ROUND BIT OVER THE BULB AND THE LONG PIECE POINTING TO CENTRE OF CAR . TWIST IT 1/8 ANTI CLOCKWISE IT WILL COME OUT AND DROP DOWN TO NEARLY BASE OF CAVITY . ONCE I KNEW WHAT TO DO i FOUND IT EASY. NO MATTER WHAT MANUALS SAY ABOUT TAKING THE BUMPER OFF THAT'S ONLY WHEN YOU WANT TO PULL THE FULL ASSEMBLY FORM THE VECHICLE

Hi there ,I think you might mean the tierod ends??????If so state the model and make at any spare parts shop and they will find necessary part number in their catalogues. Hope this helps. Be sure to get wheel alignment after replacing.

just above the hand brake handle, unscrew cover around handle, you will see it, little bit of a bugger to get to, the body electronics module can be several colours from fed, yellow, black,blue. if u r replacing the bem, u will have to recode ur remote, if u need to know how to post a question here and I'll attempt to explain it
