If you have good speed and acceleration, you can be a dynamic back. i do not block well. but i can catch the football and its helps our coaches t ave good options on the passing play.

What you need is to have speed of at most 4.4 and general quickness. I run a 4.16 and can catch on the run which helps me stay as the third down running back and kick returner
