I assume that the question relates to the famous Latin American painter. So, it's probably not the above responder. Cantu, who died in 1989, is often ranked with J.C. Orozco and Diego Rivera. He was not as prolific and did not care to promote himself much, so you don't see too many examples of his work around. I understand that his family acquired much of his art after he died. Also, he reportedly was happy to work on large items for churches and wealthy families, instead of paintings that might more easily circulate. Just search for "Federico Cantu" (use the quotes) and you will find a wealth of information.
