Not sure what you mean by "jump" but if you are referring to the car doing a quick sharp turn it could be a broken ball joint or your lower control arm. If that's it your tire can "lean into a turn" and you wont be able to control it.

Get this looked at soon as it can be dangerous. At 75 mph on the interstate I hit a small bump in the road and my car decided it wanted to go from the far right lane across the center lane to the far left lane without any input from me and no turning of the steering wheel. In my case it was a cracked bolt that looked fine on visual inspection until i got it up on a lift and started looking for loose parts. easy fix for under $20.

Check the Odyssey door lock carefully. You will need to look for anything worn or bent to see what the problem is. After you see the part that is causing the lock to malfunction then you can adjust or change the part.

Take the carb of and see if the carb floats could be filling with fuel and not shutting off the fuel intake to the bowl. Check the floats for liquid inside. If that's not it then check the floats for restricted movement. While your in there clean out the bowl and the float needle that is supposed to shut off the fuel flow to the bowl.

The Control Unit and Harness are strongly recommended if you are going to tow anything that requires lights/brake controls. FYI, you don't have to get HONDA control units, most businesses that sell trailers sell various name brands and can do the wiring for you. Anyway, the wiring for the taillights and brakes lights of the vehicle are not strong enough to carry enough power to supply the electrical on a trailer (very dim-could cause a short). The Harness connects a power source (battery) to the trailer wires. The Control Unit is connected to the vehicle wiring as well as the Harness. When you step on the brake pedal, the Control Unit senses it and allows the power to go to the proper wiring on the trailer directly from the power source, therefore you will have brighter lights on the trailer. The same for parking and turn indicators. This is worth the money. I have this set up on my 2003 Odyssey.

Very easy, remove the rear tail lights, there is one screw on each side for the bumper, remove the two screws in the wheel wells they maybe holding on the mud flaps, then remove the plastic push pins on the top of the bumper under the weather stripping for the rear door and the three under the bumper and pull, that should be it. Total time with hand tool's 30 minutes

Trouble code P0303 means:Cylinder 3 misfire detected

Assuming it is similar to a 1990 Taurus or a 1994 Crown Vic, it's easy. You need an appropriate size Torx bit (T20 I think), a small pry bar, and a large C clamp. Remove the wheel. Using the Torx bit, remove the two pins on the back of the caliper which are located inside the two rubber cones. With those out use the prybar to gently pull the caliper laterally away from the rotor until the pads are clear. Remove the pads from the caliper; they are held in with spring clips. The outboard pad just pulls out; the inboard pad pulls straight out from the caliper piston. Remove the lid from the brake master cylinder. Install the new inner pad, and use the C-clamp to compress the piston all the way back into the caliper. Replace the lid on the master cylinder. Slip the outboard pad into place, hook the top of the caliper into place on its bracket and roll the lower edge into position. Note that the spring-hook on the outer caliper has to be wedged into position. With the caliper shoved back into place, reinstall the two pins, stomp on the brake pedal a couple of times to re-seat the caliper piston, and reinstall the wheel.

There is a device under the airbag called a clock spring. This coiled tape contains electrical conductors, and allows for rotation of the steering wheel without twisting the conductors. If this tape gets kinked or broken, that would explain why your horn and cruise control both stopped working at the same time (assuming steering wheel mounted cruise control). To check or replace the clock spring, the air bag must be removed on most models, which can be dangerous unless the air bag is properly disabled.

what about the fuse box? the main is under the hood and the rest are at the driver's and passenger's feet

Check these things:

If you are lucky, it might be one of the tires.

Check visual condition of tires. Any humps or lumps on surface of tire you can see? If so, replace or install spare and retest at speed. Have garage or tire shop check for proper balance, broken cord in tire, tire wear, etc...

However, it will probably be worn suspension parts. This is harder to diagnose yourself and should be diagnosed by a certified mechanic who knows what to look for. Ask around with friends or co-workers for a reputable shop. (They do exist, although rare.)

Common problems on early Odysseys are: worn out sway-bar bushings and end-links. Less common but still prevalent are worn tie-rod ends.

Struts and associated hardware need to be replaced every 75k miles depending on service conditions. Occasionally (but rarely) Honda CV-joints will become defective--usually due to cracks or splits in rubber seals.

If you are handy you can look at the rubber bushings connecting metal parts to each other and the frame on the front-end. If these look cracked, swelled or worn they should be replaced and an alignment check performed by qualified mechanic.
