Conventional means proper,by the book, usual,normal,standard,orthodox etc..so unconventional would mean improper,unorthodox,unusual etc...
How do you answer 'what will you do if you don't get this job' in a job interview?
I would keep searching something else, which could be just for me. I strongly believe when some job is not for me, there will be something better next time.
If you don't get that job then just keep looking for jobs that you would like to do and put a resume in. don't give up that could be the worst thing to do just keep on trying :)

Where you see yourself in 5 years and how do you plan to get there?
Short term goals - this is your immediate and for the next year or 2 plans. i.e. if you are applying for a specific job then your short term plan could be to gain the position you are applying for and your longer term plan would be some kind of promotion within that company.
Long term goals tend to be for 5-10 years from now and you need to be able to provide evidence of how you plan on getting there, i.e. have you enrolled on any further education/vocational training courses. Have you, or are you attempting to gain further qualifications etc.
That's basically what it means in short so you need to be able to demonstrate:
a) what you have done to prepare yourself for the next year or so and how do you plan bettering yourself in the next 5 years or so.
What they are looking for is your ambition and that you are career minded as opposed to just going into work and doing the basics of the job.

What does Job type CBT Discrete mean?
CBT Discrete: Class Based Testing - Discrete refers to how the job position will be filled. Why are interested working for this company?
You could give all sorts of answers to this question. But you need to find one that is likely to impress the interviewer. So answers definitely not to use would include
- I need the money
- The pay is better than most companies
- I couldn't get an interview anywhere else
Instead use answers like
- Passionate about the company product or service
- Have always had an interest in (job role/vacancy)
- know you have a great reputation as an employer
- Want to get the training and development I need to prgress to bigger roles
