Well I have just bought a pulley belt from a stockists and the belt came up as the same one as a ls 400 ,so I guess if you get a manual for a ls 400 it will tell you what you need to know

A head leak can be detected by checking the coolant for CO ( carbon monoxide ) gas. Many repair shops can do this check for a nominal fee. WB

It should be to the right of the air filter if you are looking from the drivers side of the engine, you have to look down a little and it should be right there.

But, it's changing a light bulb...open hood, look at back of light assembly, open door that accesses bulb for low, disconnect wire, disconnect retainer spring, insert new bulb & reverse steps. Takes about 1 minute. Although you can frequently get the existing one to work just by jiggling it, you may want to purchase the replacement first...so you can see what it looks like...it is a small bulb...not the old sealed beam.

Which begs to ask..."how many Lexus owners does it take to change a light bulb?"

yes it did

I'm not a mechanic and it's been several years since I've replaced the plugs on my 1996 ES300 (assuming 94-96 models are similar), I was able to replace the rear plugs w/o removing the manifold. I used extensions that locked onto the spark plug socket so that the socket wouldn't come unattached. I think I also used a universal joint for a little extra freedom for manuevering the wrench. You can't really see what you're doing but with a little patience, it's not too bad.

To replace the license plate lamps, do this (all of this is done from outside of the car): 1. Open the trunk lid so you'll have easier access to the license plate area. 2. Using a philips-type screwdriver, remove the lenses from the two lamp areas above the license plate. You'll probably need to pry them loose, but carefully. (BTW, now's a good time to clean them, right? Sure!) 3. Pry the bulbs from their sockets, replacing both of them. 4. Replace both lamp socket lenses. Done! (I've done this, and it really is this simple...)

THAT usally means somebody tried 2 open your door with a slim-jim & knocked OFF the linkage inside the door which means the door panel needs 2 b removed 2 repair it.

It sounds as if you either don't have a wiring harness attached to your vehicle, or else you will need to get an adapter. All the plugs and sockets are different, depending on who made it, and how many connectors each one has.

The cover slides straight forward. Firmly pull, sliding toward the front of the car to release the latch. Gently lift straight up (the wires will remain connected to the lamp socket. Twist out bulb socket (counter clockwise) remembering the orientation for it's return trip (it's a confusing socket).

ok to make it very easy on u if u don't understand the first fue saentances yopu should go out and buy a Toyota camary repair book but to start the procedure u will fiststart taking out your anti freez over flow and oyur wind shield wiper jug then u are going to take off your altinater and altinater mount then u are going to take your belts then u are going ot take off the timing belt and cover oce u have oll of that off u will see a metal tub remove that and therre will be a thermistat under that and

If you reach behind the light you can twist and pull removing the light bulb socket. Pull out the light and install a new one and do the reverse to install.
