Yes this was most likely a miscarriage. Especially if you experienced abdominal crmaping & vaginal bleeding. If you didn't experience cramping & bleeding then it most likely wasn't a miscarriage but uterine tissue being released which does happen sometimes - its your uterus way of clearing itself out fully.

Not sure what you mean with "I have went up to almost 4 weeks" but if you mean it has lasted 4 weeks that is too long and can be helped by going to the doctor. Birthcontrol pills can make you regular and make you bleed less. Many girls and women have to do that. If you mean you haven't got it for almost 4 weeks that is normal. You bleed about every 28th day (differs a little between women) and you bleed for 5-10 days.
Having clots coming out is normal when the lining of the uterus is shedding. And lucky you if you never get cramps. You eat more because the body is craving more because it's preparing for a baby that never comes. Most women have it like that.
Now, if you've had unprotected sex and is pregnant, which is maybe why you posted this in the Pregnancy Category, you would not miscarry and have these symptoms every month. Going to the doctor is not something to be afraid off. Tell them it's your first time and that you don't want to be examined the first time, just talk. They are there to help and have seen and heard everything already. Bring your mom or a friend. Talking to your mom is is a good thing since she has had her period for years and know these things.

Of course if you are pregnant and still having heavy periods it's always best to discuss this with your doctor. I am not positive on this, but I believe it's still possible you can have the baby. We/our bodies are all a little different - some women have a couple periods after becoming pregnant, some have periods the entire time, while some have spotting. I read somewhere that women who still have periods while pregnant have a 50% chance of losing the baby. I also read that most miscarriages occur within the first trimester. So, unfortunately, if it was me I would not get my hopes up if the pregnancy is early on, and still having periods (just in case of a miscarriage). If you or a friend is experiencing this, I urge you/them to bring this up with a doctor ASAP so they can see what's happening and discuss it with you/your friend.

I am by no means a physician or fertility expert beyond the fact that I have undergone two cycles of IVF (both successful!) and so I've played the beta HCG game myself. I know that they like it to double every 48 hours but by no means does it have to. In my first pregnancy my doubling time was 3 days right at the day of my "missed period" and everything turned out fine.
Another issue here is what "day" you are in your pregnancy. Basically the lower the beta HCG the faster it will double. This is an obvious mathematical phenomenon, of course. Then, as the pregnancy progresses and your HCG levels are higher they will naturally take longer to double.

sweety you are still so early pregnant you can not have a miscarrieg that soon into a pregnancy are just probably scarred and 1 to 4 weeks is not alot of time to feel like you are pregnant...and when you have miscarriage you will know it hunni you will have alot of bleeding out of your vigina and a little thing will come out telling you that im sorry but that's your baby..You cant though have a miscarriage that soon.
The above answer is wrong. Yes you can have a miscarriage that soon. The majority of miscarriages happen so early the woman doesn't notice. You will also not see a embryo since they are too small that early. The hormones take a few weeks to settle so a pregnancy test will show positive for a little while longer.
