Yes, CCBill is safe. They use the latest software in order to keep your information safe. Also they do not sell or use your information for their or any other companies marketing. The only thing about CCBill that some people do ot like is that they are very cut throat in terms of their Terms and conditions.

Two other complaints I have heard are as follows
"My child made the subscription" when said minor makes the subscription they have to agree that the are over 18 (21 in some states) what this boils down to is that they are not responsible for your child's actions and will not always refund in this case either.
Also if you are saying that your username and password are not working properly but they can test and ensure you that it is, they will not refund you. They will still help you in resolving the issue though (typically deleting cookies and restarting the computer fixes the issue).

Not all nigerians are crooks. their are some good nigerians out there. but the ones that do scams are trying to find a way of getting money to help their familys. may because theres no jobs or they are not educated enough for the jobs that there are. but yes they dont go the right way about it which is a pitty coz thay are making a bad name for all the nigerians.
Xboxhut are selling fake copies and paypal refuse to refund?
I have had the same problem. xboxhut.co.UK (who incidentally are not UK company but from Thailand) owe me £40.00. They are a fraudlent company. They started trading also as xboxhut.com, a1consoles.com and xyzgames. I think they have shut the sites down now. Paypal closed my case so I filed a complaint against them on their own site stating that there are many people complaining about this site and the company is fraudlent so why are they allowing them to use Paypal. They have replied they will look into how many people have complained, so I suggest you do so, the link page can be found on the paypal resolution centre. The money can only be recovered if there is sufficient money in the sellers account, the fact they have shut the sites, the possiblity of refund is probably nil. If you paid out over £100 and paid on credit card, you would be covered by your card issuer. If anyone knows of any other avenue then I would be interested to hear! I have lodged a file with the bbc watchdog site as other purchasers from xboxhut.co.UK have done the same.
